An open concept Grandroom with fireplace is furnished for comfort with a large L-shaped chesterfield, 52' cable TV, DVD player and a selection of movies. The dining table expands to seat eight, the surrounding kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, dishware and utensils to help prepare a big or simple meal.

Be adventurous, plan a night to fondue, or gather in the back covered patio to roast weiners and smores in the open wood burning fireplace. The back patio also hosts a barbecue for your enjoying pleasure.

The Spacious front room with french doors will allow for privacy or quiet time. Sit back and enjoy the view through the large bay window. Feel the afternoon sunshine, relax, read, do a puzzle on the big coffee table or listen to your favorite tunes.
