Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
A reservation is confirmed with a deposit of (1) nights rent, plus the comprehensive cleaning fee of $179.00 plus tax.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Balance is required 30 days prior to your arrival. Payment can be made using Visa or MasterCard.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 75.00 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Cobblestone Creek’s 30-day cancellation policy (65 days for Christmas and the New Year season) is as follows; Cancellations made with 30 days notice or more, the deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to your arrival (65 days for Christmas and New Year season) are non refundable, however a credit for the full amount minus a $50.00 cancellation fee will be held for you and can be applied to a future reservation anytime within the 12 month period from the original arrival date of the reservation. Cancellations made within 7 days prior to your arrival date, are completely non-refundable. If the days of your original rental can be re-booked by another applicant, you will receive the credit for the days rented, less a cancellation fee of $150. If any part of the rental period cannot be rebooked, you will forfeit all monies paid for that period.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
