How do I make a change to my reservation or booking?

All reservations made through Owner Direct are completed with our partners’ site. To modify, cancel, or update your booking, please visit the partner’s website directly. The partner listed in your confirmation email will have the details you need to manage your reservation.

My property is listed on your site. How did it get there?

Properties shown on Owner Direct Vacation Rentals come from trusted partners, including online travel agencies (OTAs) and channel managers that distribute their listings across the UpNext Group network. This typically happens when owners or managers opt into wider distribution.
If your property has been removed from the partner site but still appears here, it may be cached or waiting for our update cycle. It will be removed automatically once sync updates. If you'd like it removed sooner, you can email us your listing link and we’ll review the request.

I wish to remove my property listing.

Since listings originate from partner sites, removal requests should be made directly with the partner managing the listing. You may also contact Owner Direct with the listing link for assistance.

Can I list directly on Owner Direct?

At this time, most properties on Owner Direct Vacation Rentals come from partners and select travel sellers. We are gradually expanding direct listing opportunities through approved channel managers. You can visit our “Add a Listing” page for updates as more direct options become available.

I have specific questions about a property (e.g., can I bring my pet? does it have a hot tub?).

Each listing includes details such as photos, amenities, policies, and location information provided by partners or owners. Some information may also come from publicly available sources to help travelers better understand the property.

How accurate is the pricing shown for a particular property?

We display the lowest nightly rate available from our partners. For the most accurate total—including taxes and fees—enter your travel dates and continue to the partner’s website. Pricing is always confirmed at checkout on the partner’s platform.
