Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 EUR is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
Payment Methods

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
