Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100.00 GBP cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 GBP is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
The damage deposit includes the loss of keys and for time/expenses in order to replace said lost keys. The property will be inspected for breakages/damage on the day of your departure but if you have any damages during your stay please inform the owner .

The town of Iznajar and its surrounding villages is one of the most beautiful areas of Southern Spain and is only a 1 hour drive north of the city of Malaga which is situated on the coast of the Mediterranean the city being well know for its architecture, museums and art galleries and shops.

The town of Iznajar which is steeped in history is situated high up on the lake with its ancient Moorish castle, churches, shops and bars.The lake offers water sports, angling, camping and there are excellent bars/restaurants on the beach area and also surrounding the lake.

The lake and town is a 5 minute drive from the property ( Partial Lake View when full from the property ).

Excellent shopping facilities in the town of Rute, 15 minute drive. Rute also being famous for its Hams, Chocolates, Anise and other Liqueurs and a visit to the museums and factories is a must where you will be able to sample their products and buy that special gift for yourself or someone back home. Larger towns of Lucena and Antequera are a 30/40 minutes drive for shopping malls, hypermarkets and cinemas.

Antequera is also well known for its historic buildings and monuments and also has an excellent 18 hole golf course. A visit to the city of Cordoba is a must especially to the famous mezquita and gardens as well as the old Jewish quarter of the city is a fabulous day out. The Sierra Nevada in Granada is another day out especially outside of the Ski season as the scenery and views are stunning.

PLEASE NOTE: The owner will be residing in the other part of the property which has separate private entrances to the property and will be on hand to clean the pool for you every other day and to answer any questions with regards to your stay, where to visit interesting places such as the cities of Cordoba, Granada, Seville and Malaga and local events in the area of iznajar and eating out but will not interfere with your holiday as we wish you to enjoy your stay in the beautiful area of Lake Iznajar.
