Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 300 USD.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 5 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Venmo, Zelle
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
