Next to the property is Sugar Ridge a boutique hotel with great amenities including a spa and Carmichaels restaurant one of the finest on Antigua. There are at least 5 spectacular beaches no more that 10 minutes drive, which are all quiet and served by local beach bars providing sun beds, umbrellas, food and drinks. Antigua has a great choice of activities to choose from if you want more than just chilling on the beach. There are numerous boat trips, local scuba diving, a rain forest zip-line, Sting Ray City and many other things to see and do. There is car rentals both in Jolly Harbour and at Sugar Ridge.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 5 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100 GBP cancellation fee) are refunded.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 GBP is due 90 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 20 days of departure.
