First the good points.The condo is very nicely situated in the heart of downtown Victoria making it easy to walk to the inner harbour or to restaurants. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout works well for 2 couples sharing the space. The rooftop offers spectacular views.
Now the bad point(s). The windows and insulation in the condo must be mighty thin because you can hear every car driving past and shouting from people in the street. Victoria has a lot of homeless street people. A street cleaning machine passes by before 5am each day. Unless you are a very heavy sleeper, there is no way you will make it through the night without being awakened several times.

The noise level from outside was loud from the street and the back area. Had we been informed in advance that this was a unit fronting onto Blanchard Ave. We could have requested something different or gone a different direction. There were several lighting problems with the unit which took about two days to get a response to.We find the concept of no staff onsite not to our liking.
