The condo was clean and spacious. Wifi worked perfectly. Parking was easy. Pool water temp was perfect. BBQ's by the pool worked fine and we even used the electric BBQ on the Lanai. Most nights we had a nice view of the sunset. Every day we woke up to a nice view of the ocean and the golf course. Beds were comfortable even the sofa/bed. Location is great; right between Lahaina town and Kapalua. Nice beaches close-by. Recommend Castaways for breakfast and they have a beach that some of the locals say is the best. Safeway is 10 minutes away but see if you can apply for discount card as they are expensive. There is a Costco near the airport that is very affordable. Spoke with the owners over some minor details and they responded promptly and handled it. Great value. BTW, I received the cleaning deposit this week as we left the place in good shape. The photos were accurate and we would definitely recommend this to a friend or relative. We enjoyed Pacifico's (fine dining and ocean front), Mixed Plate (affordable with a view), Star Noodle (hard to find but worth it as locals love it but do not go at lunch hour unless you want to wait), Warren's and Annabelle is a magic show that has a nice small venue and is as funny as it is amazing magic.

Aloha.Our 3rd floor (top) unit has great ocean views and is located in the world famous Kaanapali Resort of the 17th fairway of the Kaanapali Golf Course. We are one flight of stairs up from the parking level, many third floor units have two flights. Our condo is stocked and decorated as a second home, cozy, warm and inviting, not a cold corporate space, put your feet up and reeelax. Just a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach and Whalers village. The unit has central air-conditioning (new owner air handler unit installed 1/19, and the complex replaced the chilled water plants in 2019) and a wonderful huge lanai, full size clothes washer and dryer, we provide all linens including beach towels. You will find many beach toys such as boogie boards, floats, chairs, and misc. Snorkel equipment for your use. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware to make just about anything. We have probably 3x the amount of dishes than a typical unit, less washing. Both bathrooms are modernized as of 2019. We also replaced the big lanai sliding doors, which is an issue in most KR units. Remodeled kitchen in 2021.
Other important notes:
Ka'anapali Royal charges a $22 per day facility fee, up to 7 nights or $154 maximum...Even if you stay a year it's $154. Compare that to "resort" fees at most other condos. We charge a $189 per stay cleaning fee, probably one of the lowest. We do our best to stay competitive on rates. Feel free to contact me for discounts...Usually I can cut the nightly rate for stays over 9 nights and in the slower seasons such as May, August, Sept into Oct. Lastly, for periods that fill in my booking calendar. We have been vacation renting since 2003. We are fully licensed in a resort district that is 100% legal. Mahalo for your interest!
