Kalamalka lake is a 3 minute walk from the property. The fine sand beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. There is no dock, moorage or float anchor.
About a two-minute walk along path to beach. Two minute drive to the Kalamalka Lake north boat launch. This describes the public beach which is about a two minute walk from the suite. Okanagan lake has a marina about 15 minutes away where boats can be rented, although this must often be arranged some time in advance of a visit to the area.
Ski/Board Out is a 30 minute transit/shuttle ride to runs from the property.
Silver Star Mountain Resort is a world-class ski resort, located a 30 minute drive away. The lifts and trails are open for the summer for hiking and spectacular mountain biking.

Payment Balance

50% rent down payment, along with the security/damage deposit, MUST be received within three business days to hold booking! The discounted weekly and monthly rates ONLY apply if the guest(s) leave the unit as found, and the security/damage deposit will be reduced accordingly if it is not. Please ask us for details!

Cancellation 1 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less 1 nights rent) will be refunded.

This is a beautiful, spacious unit located only a three-minute walk from Kalamalka Lake beach. Next to the beach is Alexander's Beach pub, which also has family dining and a liquor store. There's also Kal General Store, with a deli, groceries, and fresh produce. This is a good sized property with shade from the fruit trees growing in the private fenced backyard. There is a stunning view of the lake from the shared sundeck above. You're two minutes from the Kal Lake north boat launch, and a minute's drive from the Vernon Golf and Country Club, or 15 minutes from Predator Ridge golf course.

We're just five minutes from the City of Vernon, which has a wide selection of fine and family restaurants, a seven-screen Galaxy Cinema just down the road, as well as other entertainment, shopping and activities. There are award winning wineries nearby, many with fine restaurants and lake view patio dining.

There are some complimentary toiletries. The living room has a pair of comfortable lazy-Boy reclining sofas. Enjoy relaxing in the evening with surround sound, or sitting outside in the private backyard around the fire pit.
