Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking. Reservation/Security deposit of $500 is due at time of booking. This secures your dates and then rolls over and becomes your security deposit during your stay. The balance is split between 2 payments, with 50% due 90 days prior to arrival and the other 50% due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 90 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded. Cancellation 90 days or longer from arrival - full refund, 89 to 31 days prior - forfeit the $500.00 deposit, 30 days or less - no refund.Covid/border closures we will offer a refund or re-book your dates, in the even you cancel less than 30 days from arrival we will refund any days that we can re-book.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 USD is due immediately. Reservation/Security deposit of $500 is due at time of booking. This secures your dates and then rolls over and becomes your security deposit during your stay. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 285.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

A fee is charged for Club access One-time fee of 72.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
