The bedroom is a romantic haven - rich golds, reds & greens with a luxurious queen size bed with new pillow top mattress that molds to your body. The ultimate in comfort and sleeping pleasure. New Plantation Style shutters add privacy and elegance ~ A personal safe is available for your use at no extra charge. The En Suite bath has a large walk in shower with bench, hand held shower head. Counters are Granite and tile floors. There is a King bed in the bedroom and a Queen Murphy bed in the living room. Enjoy FREE Wifi and Cable TV on one of 2 Flatscreens or listen to music on our iPhone compatible stereo and CD player. On the practical side, you will find a new stack washer - dryer, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and ice chests - things you will want, but won't have to buy or rent when you get here - all included at no extra charge. Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking. Reservation/Security deposit of $500 is due at time of booking. This secures your dates and then rolls over and becomes your security deposit during your stay. The balance is split between 2 payments, with 50% due 90 days prior to arrival and the other 50% due 60 days prior to arrival.

No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) , Venmo
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 02:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 90 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded. - Cancellation 61 - 90 days prior to arrival, the owner keeps the $500 deposit and will refund the 50% rental payment that was due at the 90-day mark.- Cancellation 60 or fewer days prior to arrival, the owner will refund the $500 damage deposit and the rest is non-refundable unless they are able to re-rent the nights.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 USD is due immediately. Reservation/Security deposit of $500 is due at time of booking. This secures your dates and then rolls over and becomes your security deposit during your stay. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 195.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Club (country, golf, recreation ...) Access & Fees
A fee is charged for Club access One-time fee of 72.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
