The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has two single beds and a twin bedroom that the owner can easily convert into a double one. Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 8 pm. Key is provided at check in.
