Paradise
Sitting on the lanai, looking out at the ocean, palm trees and lava rock, the mesmerizing view dissolves airplane kinks. We love to sit there and hope to be rewarded with a whale siting. The unit is very comfortable. The master bedroom has a wall of windows. Listening to the ocean waves at night chases lulls you to sleep. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. The manager is amazing. We were there a month. We needed things done a few times. He was right on it every time. If you have mobility concerns be aware there is no elevator. The pool is very nice, long enough to swim laps. Overall, it's a quiet property with friendly inhabitants and guests.

Lots of pros and cons
This unit was well equipped and had a great lanai and was even equipped with baby furniture and lots of beach stuff. But we were disappointed in the unit itself. We knew from reviews it was tired, but I would say it was exhausted.Poor lighting, filthy floor fans and vents. Lots of leftover food in frig and no pillow protectors on stained pillows.Tub was slippery.We expect corrosion on beach property, put some serious remodeling is needed. Blinds were torn and dirty. We have stayed at several units on this property, but this unit did not live up to the others.

Highlight of our trip
A very spacious apartment with gorgeous sea view from the huge balcony. Furniture is of high quality and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. There is also plenty of beach equipment and even board games and books. The apartment has no air con but plenty of ventilators and good circulation with windows on both sides and high ceiling. There is some tear on furniture and equipment from heavily usage but in general one can feel that the owner is eager to keep everything in function. Highly recommended!

Spectacular ocean view condo
Beautiful apartment with an great balcony to view and hear the ocean and the awesome sunsets.<br/>Clean, well equipped with all accessories. Pool is private and in walking distance.<br/>Grocery store and restaurants a short drive from this property with a private entrance.<br/>Quiet and very relaxing.

What a VIEW! Absolutely would stay here again!
This place is truly lovely. The large patio spans both the living room and master bedroom sliders. Sleeping to the sound of the waves below, Ahhh. Even the loft bedroom has the sound of the waves! Equipped with most of what you could wish for, even a book of the Hawaiian fishes! The manual w/island information is great and spot on though you might need to add a sentence to the first page about taking the pool key to the pool. <br/>You'll be well located to explore the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii, and close to the grocers and Saturday Farmers Market. Snorkelers will love being next door to Kahalu'u, and just 20 min or so from Two Steps, Honaunau. <br/>A small maintenance matter was instantly resolved when asked. Appliances worked perfectly. The sliding doors could use attention especially since you must use them constantly to go watch the incredible sunsets and watch a Moana type boat sail past nightly, followed by a sleek modern sailboat later. Morning coffee with that view is heavenly. It feels quite private, too.<br/>There is no A/C, but with electricity costs in Hawaii, and prevalent ocean breezes, that is understandable. Using the ceiling fans worked out fine, as there is a great cross breeze throughout the floorplan. We also learned to open only the left side (going out) of the screen. <br/>I was happy to see a "reef safe sunscreen" pamphlet there. The sunscreen I'd bought at Costco that is labeled reef safe is NOT so we bought mineral based sunscreen approved by the Reef Teach people. <br/>Another word to the wise: People, if you venture out into the water to see fish, be sure to practice using your mask AND FINS at the pool first. Wrecking the nature other people are spending time and money to see just because of incompetence and bad judgement is so sad. Asking people to get their feet off the reef all day is frustrating. Keep your feet up behind you, not below you, don't touch anything. If you cannot do that, practice in the pool or stay ashore.

Kona Review
The view from the lanai was breath taking! The condo was clean and had the basic amenities. The photos showed a daybed in the upstairs bedroom and when I went to look it was taken out and replaced with a table and chairs. I chose this place because it had the amount of beds I needed so being 1 bed short was disappointing. I know there was no a/c but being on the water with a breeze I thought we would be fine. It was SO HOT!!! There are fans in the condo but we went and bought more. It was SO HOT from 4pm-2am. I think if the condo had a screen to pull down on the lanai to block the sun but let the air in would help immensely. There are blinds in the condo but they are so thick the air can't get through. With all the fans on you could not enjoy listening to the ocean unless they fans were all off but it was TOO HOT to not have fans on! Our trip was the beginning of July. Maybe it's different in the winter months. Also DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD OUT! The bugs are HORRIBLE! You have to have the windows open all the time to try to get air. If you could close the windows, and swelter, the bugs might not be as bad. Store ALL FOODS in the refrigerator! The pools and grills on the property were nice and you're just a short walk to a tide pool.

My stay-34 days
The place needed a week off for good general cleaning and maintenance. The floor badly needed a wet mop cleaning. Dirt stuck to the floor. Dirt and hair in the corners. Screen doors do not properly slide open and close. Screening is broke on one door. Main bathroom sink, cold water faucet doesn't work. (owners knows) but didn't fix. Micro wave doesn't seem to work properly. Does a lot of beeping so unplugged it. Lighting was poor over dinning table. Would look for another unit in same complex next time.

March 2021 vacation
Condo was in perfect location, far enough from downtown that is was peaceful but close enough to go downtown every day if you want. Nice quiet gated community that felt safe. Grounds were well kept and clean. Pool was great!

My family and I are so happy with our experience and the rental.
This rental was exactly what we needed. It was clean, fresh, beautiful, visually pleasing and the view and sound of the ocean that fills the room windows was the icing on our vacation cake. The complex was clean, the pool was amazing and the neighbors where friendly. All I can say is that I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for giving us another 2 hours of stay since our flight was later in the day.

Ultimate Stay
Fantastic quiet rental with the ocean breeze and incredible views. Clean and equipped with everything you would need except air conditioning for this hot and humid days. Great beaches and food nearby. Anyone with disabilities beware, the unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Pack accordingly. Fans are all through the unit and all linens are available. Management is nearby and quick to fill your needs. Fantastic stay in a beautiful and quiet condo resort.

Wonderful Holiday
Condo #4302 was amazing! The oceanfront balcony was wonderful in the mornings to have our cup of coffee on, or for the kids to play out on. The property was exactly as described. All the amenities were great! The condition of the condo was good and clean for us. (it could use a deep cleaning--under couch, light fixtures, etc).<br/>We read previous reviewers saying that other guests didn't appreciate the kids, we did not have this problem at all. All the other guests talked to our kids (ages 12, 5, & 1) and told us not to worry if they were a bit loud. <br/>I really liked having a lanai outside of the bedroom. We'd leave the screen door open all night & it was so peaceful falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. <br/>The fact the condo didn't have air conditioning was no big deal for us. We ran the ceiling fans the whole time and left all the windows open all day. The only thing we noticed was the front bedroom would get a bit warm if the wind wasn't blowing from that direction, but our one son was sleeping in there and he didn't complain.<br/>We were very happy with the condo and would defiantly come back again. The location is perfect. Couldn't be happier!!

Fabulous condo in a great location.
This condo is even better than the pictures. The lanai is huge and has 2 fans. We watched wales and the sunset. The grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and having a drink as we is a 10 minute walk to a snorkeling beach. In the other direction it’s a 25 minute walk to the harbour. Keaheau mall is close and has good stores and a great farmers market. Sea paradise is located there for snorkeling trips. We had fish and chips at Sam Choy’s overlooking the ocean. For easy parking in town turn right after the farmers market and Take the 2nd right- this lot is free. This is the second time I’ve worked with Wayne Twitchell and found him very helpful and prompt. Enjoy.<br/>

Clean and comfortable!
Great place to stay for our visit to Kona for 2 couples and a +1. A little bit removed from the middle of town, so was peaceful and quiet, but still less than a 10 minute drive from all the action. Stayed in June and temperature was great with doors and windows open + fans on overnight. You can hear the waves crashing on the rocks from the master bedroom. The view from the lanai is perfect and we never wanted to leave. Watching the birds while drinking coffee in the mornings was nice. Sliding screen and glass doors could use a little attention - some were nearly impossible to slide (while keeping them on the tracks - one glass door almost fell off trying to open it), but once they’re open there’s not really any reason to shut them so it wasn’t an issue - just something to be cautious about. Beach towels and snorkeling equipment were much appreciated and kitchen was well stocked with the basics. Would for sure stay again.

Beautiful view
This condo has the most fantastic view of the ocean from the lanai. It’s close to a grocery store (15 min walk uphill), and a 15min or so walk to a snorkeling beach, (however, the sand is pebbly and quite uncomfortable to walk barefoot, and there’s some slippery rocks you have to maneuver around to snorkel). It’s about a 30min drive from the airport, and I would absolutely recommend getting a rental car. Keep in mind, there is no AC in the unit, but with all the ceiling fans going, we were comfortable. The pool was a perfect temperature and my 9month old daughter loved it! The condo Had basic necessities such as salt, sugar, seasoning, it also has a pack and play (which we didn’t use because we brought our own, but was pleasantly surprised to see it in the closet) a high chair, snorkeling gear for adults and children, beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels, and pool noodles. I reached out to Wayne and his assistant and they were always professional and quick to answer your call.

Awesome view
The condo has awesome views. It does require maintenance...Patio doors and screen doors do not operate easily as they should. The ceiling fans were very dirty. Burnt out light bulbs. Based on the price paid we were expecting condo to be spotless and maintained.

Vacation in Kona
Our condo was spacious and well appointed. The view from the balcony was incredible. The suite was clean and included a full range of kitchen items, beach towels and all the equipment we could want for the beach and the water.<br/>I would rent again without reservations.

Beautiful view
We stayed for a week in the condo and enjoyed the wonderful view. The space was large enough for my family of 6 to stay in the unit comfortably along with having other guests visiting. Having a washer and dryer was great! It happened to be one of the hottest times in Hawaii when we visited but after 2 days we were used to the humidity and not having A/C. One issue we had was a roof leak in one of the bedrooms that my children were staying in that just happened to be above one of the beds so my daughter had to sleep on the couch most of the nights there since it rained so much. You must rent a car if staying at this location since town is too far to walk. It was nice to be staying at a place that is ocean front although.

Great Value for Oceanside Condo
Surf & Racquet Club is a great location for a Kailua-Kona getaway. Although there is no beach access from the complex, there is a great beach within walking distance. A shopping center with plenty of options is nearby and the condo was stocked with the essentials. We had trouble obtaining the wifi information, but eventually figured it out. There was ample space in our condo for the 4 of us and we LOVED the lanai right next to the water for sunsets and sounds of the ocean.

Beautiful location!, Nice place for a family to stay not to big.
Overall I would say the property is well maintained. The screens to the sliding doors do not stay on there tracks and the back bedroom beds needs to be updated very uncomfortable. Other than that the layout is wonderful amenities were great.Location is perfect if you are looking for quiet but close to everything. And the view and sunsets were perfect. This was our first time traveling to Hawai'i and would definitely stay hear again.

Lovely scenery!
Far and away the best feature of this property the the view from the balcony. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms updated and nice, the kitchen was more than adequate and well appointed. The condo could use a real cleaning, paying attention to previous guests untidy-remains, as the dirty blender. The furniture was worn and tired, paint peeling from lamps, etc. The most difficult issue was the HEAT. During the day the inside temps were in the high 80’s even with fans moving the air. There should be some option to cool the air.

Beautiful condo and location
The condo was newly remodeled, clean and as close to the ocean as possible. The condo was well stocked with linens, however we watched the cleaning girl take every thing out of the kitchen and throw them away, including salt pepper and spices! Most VRBO rentals have a few basics in the kitchen, not this one. We had asked if this condo was within walking distance of some shops etc. so the teens could get away from us...we were told yes, but this was not the case. The master bedroom was large and beautiful but privacy was an issue since the sliding door off the master connected to the living room lanai and the two sliding doors to the living room did not close completely. The pool was lovely, but the full time residents were rude and grumpy. This would be a nice place if you had small children or older couples. Wayne at the rental company was great to work with.

These guests were our first guests for this unit. The previous management had their cleaners remove everything which is the case when you are giving up a rental.
Keauhou Shopping center is less than a half mile away. An easy walk for most.The master sliding doors were adjusted and are working fine.

AMAZING
To sum this place up in one word - AMAZING!!This condo very clean & tidy & has everything you could ever need for your holiday (even when your travelling with a 17month old). The condo has so much space & is located in a very quiet area. I miss waking up to the breath taking view from the balcony & i can assure you we will be back!

Beautiful Condo and Sunsets!
This unit is impeccable and appointed very nicely. We loved the view and it was so quiet and peaceful here. The appliances and ammenities were top notch! The location is a close drive to everything we love - captain cooks monument just a few minutes away, kayak rentals 5 min away and downtown Kailua-kona just minutes down the road.

Fantastic View & Lots of Space
This is a really great unit. Actually much larger than anticipated. With 5 adults and 1 child, we had plenty of place and privacy. The best feature is definitely the view. Not mentioned in the listing is all the beach/pool items available (flippers, coolers, chairs, etc) and baby gear (pack and play, potty). We'd definitely consider staying here again.

This unit was a dirty Motel 6 with a view
Look we come to Hawaii every year. We stay in condos each time. This place was such a let down we actually left after the first day and lost a weeks rental fee. It was in our opinion dirty. There was no AC. now in all honestly it didn't say AC in the write up but it didn't say there wasn't either. I mean come on, your coming to a tropical climate... should there be a little something in the description that says oh yeah BTW there's no AC. <br/>Screen doors were separated from the frames which let bug and critters in. The kitchen was upgraded but honestly they wasted their money on it. There was lip stick stain on the some of the glasses. So we washed them all. There was dryer lint all over the bathroom door. There was a previous tenants used food in the refrigerator. There was dried food on the front. The entire property seemed very tired. There are better places to spend your money on the Big Island. Sorry and the rental agency obviously didn't see our side of the story. They offered not credit or refund on the unused days. So it was a total loss for us but we needed to save our vacation.

This guest contacted me the day after his arrival and was upset because there was no A/C. I explained none of our advertising suggested that it did. It is not uncommon for condos in Kona not to have A/C. Several are prohibited by the HOA as they are considered noisy and an eye sore. From this point things went downhill and the guest sited many other issues. I personally went to the unit with my assistant and scrutinized the unit top to bottom. The unit was definitely clean, the screen on the sliding door had been pulled out about a 1/16th of an inch at best probably by a guest walking into it. Not sufficient to let bugs and critters in. Initial complaint was one glass with lipstick. This may have been but we never located it. Sometimes a guest will use the dishwasher and put items away that are not entirely cleaned. Our cleaners are instructed to check all dishes and glasses and rewash as necessary. We could not locate any lint next to the dryer.
Many guests like to arrive to some condiments left by previous guests that they can use. All perishables are removed. S&R 4302 is a top floor upgraded direct oceanfront unit. It has been appreciated by many guests as the reviews verify.
We are sorry this guest did not check in advance to confirm there was A/C. It is unfortunate that he had to sour the experience for future guests with remarks that fell short of actuality. Mgr.

Great condo
Beautiful spacious condo right on the water. Fully updated. The property was quite clean. The only thing to keep in mind is that all windows and fans need to be on or the unit is way too hot. We kept everything open and we were fine. There is no housekeeping unless you pay extra.

Fabulous View
The best part about this unit is the ocean view. Also nice being on the top floor of the building. The condo complex however had it's drawbacks: Building itself was dated. The rules at the pool were so restrictive that we felt the only "play" allowed was hopping up and down in the water. ("No Marco Polo, no inflatable toys, no music, no running" and more) There are a couple unused golf course holes behind the units and if you walked on it, someone from the golf course zipped up to you in a cart and told you it was private property. On the bright side, pool was decent size, tennis courts were well maintained. Our unit was nicely appointed though a bit skimpy on dishes and cookware, silverware was the cheapest I've ever seen. All in all, reasonable value.

PARADISE!
We have had the good fortune of staying in several different units at the Keauhou Surf and Racquet over the last few years. This unit was very clean, and I do like that the floors are all tile. This unti had a very nice master bath with a big shower. The only downside to that was that the larger bathroom took the place of the hallway which runs from front bedroom to back bedroom in most units. The back bedroom therefore lost the sea breeze which would normally help to keep it cool. In March this was not a problem at all. This is the first unit I have stayed in where ALL the fans worked. All those fans make the condo very comfortable. As for location and convenience - it doesn't get any better. That's why we keep coming back to the Surf and Racquet. We would definitely enjoy staying in this unit again.

Not worth the price
In the listing this property is described as "luxurious", "designer decorated furnishings", "gourmet kitchen", and "completely refurbished". Unfortunately, that is not what this unit is. While the kitchen does have a upgraded kitchen, it looks like the upgrade was done some time ago. The furniture is bulky and looks like it could be second hand. The only piece of furniture in LR was so huge that it is difficult to get around. And they squeezed in a coffee table beside at least a 4ft. ottoman. The main lighting is from the ceiling fans in the kitchen and LR which is so bright at night and impossible to turn down. One small lamp is totally inadequate. The kitchen was not stocked with even basic items such as a broiler pan, serving bowls, platter, tall glasses. The small appliances looked old some looked like they had old food stuck on them. Some dishes were chipped and silverware was<br/>old. The kitchen cupboards could use a good scrubbing as the handles were grimy. And some things looked like they came the Good Will. There is no TV in the master bd. and no clock. The master bath sink was missing a plug in the sink and in place put a wire mesh holder. The closest BBQ was three steps above the parking lot with no table or place to put food or prep. things. While the unit was surface clean, it really needs a deep cleaning. The unit is on the top floor with 4 flights of stairs. Someone with any physical disability or impairment would have a hard time getting up and down carrying luggage and groceries. The bldg itself if located towards the end of the property and is a walk to the pool. The quality of the unit does not match the price for this unit and the description of this unit in the listing is not accurate. About the only thing we liked was the view.

Tried to cancel due to family obligations
We did not stay at the condo due to family obligations. We tried to cancel and I did talk to someone who seemed quite disinterested in helping me. I cant say I would recommend since we did not get to stay there. The pictures look lovely though. We also lost over $2000. So buyer beware.

Beautiful view
This unit has beautiful views of the ocean. Floor to ceiling windows and patio doors that lead on to a large lanai. Comfortable seating on the lanai. It was fantastic waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and view of the ocean. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed for cooking and the beach. The only negative, the twin beds need new mattresses, the master bed isn't far behind in that need either.

Fantastic Condo
2nd time staying at this condo and as good as the first time. Complex is very quiet, beautifully landscaped and secure. Ocean view from master bedroom/family room/lanai is spectacular, and fell asleep every night to the waves. Kitchen is up to date with everything that we needed, and washer/dryer a plus. Can't say anything negative. Best snorkeling is a 2 minute walk north!

Great location, service poor
Important note: It has no A/C and if there is no breeze, it is HOT. We are from Houston so we know hot and this was SUPER hot. Location and condo itself are great. We had 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) and it probably would have hosted more. Beautiful tile work. Issues were not handled in a timely fashion. One of the fans (Kitchen) did not work (3 days to replace), gas grill outside did not work (Started working next day), wasp nest in loft area (removed 2 days later), master toilet did not flush well (Never fixed), smoke alarm went off nightly (Never fixed, we finally removed from wall ourselves). We received a $100 refund for the issues above on a $1400 bill. Management tried to blame slowness of repair on a sick teen we had left at condo for 1 day.

S&R 4302 is not advertised as having A/C. There are fans in every room and extra stand alone fans for guest use. This is normally sufficient with a nice ocean breeze coming off the ocean.
That being said we have had an unusually hot summer this year. Guest complained about the kitchen fan. It was replaced the following day with a new one. It started to make a noise so we went back on the following day and adjusted it.
The wasp nest took an extra day to address as apparently the guest in the loft area did not want to be disturbed. The BBQ's are located on the grounds of the project and not under our supervision.
The propane tanks are checked on a daily basis and just need to be turned on. Master toilet drainage was within the walls of the condo and as such was an HOA issue. They were apprised immediately and it was remedied in a timely fashion.
The smoke alarm was replaced early on. I do not understand why it would only go off at night. When batteries are dead it goes off day & night. Next guest had no issues with the smoke alarm.
We try very hard to insure our guests have the best experience possible. Although we responded to the different issues right away, I felt some sort of refund would appease the minor detractions.

Great Vacation
This was the perfect for us. The condo was big and comfortable for our family of 5 and had everything we needed from beach towels to extra pillows. Location was close to town and easy to get to. The property is right next to the water which made sleeping peaceful with the sound of waves crashing. We were also able to go fishing (catch and release) off the cliffs outside and the kids absolutely loved it. JoAnn and Wayne (owner and manager) were great and responsive and provided all the details we needed. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this property and will definitely try to book this condo again the next time I visit.

Keauhou Surf & Racquet Club 4302
Our stay in this condo was great. We couldn't get enough of the incredible view. It's a light, bright unit with a large lanai, newly redone kitchen and bathrooms. There is all kinds of snorkel/beach equipment. Kitchen has all kinds of gadgets (including Rubbermaid food storage, coffee grinder, mixer, blender). Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location
We have stayed at this complex twice before and loved it just as much as this stay. The only troubles that surfaced was that it took 3 days for the repair man to come and replace the tap that had blown off the guest bathroom (water was hitting the ceiling!) and that the building has a number of elderly residents which didn't appreciate the energy of our 2 young boys 5 and 7 years old. You may want to consider that if you have young children that get up early and actually make some noise. The condo was clean, well laid out, marvelous view and fully stocked. We would definitely come back to this location again once our kiddos are a bit older.

We have had the good fortune of staying in several different units at the Keauhou Surf and Racquet over the last few years. This unit was very clean, and I do like that the floors are all tile. This unti had a very nice master bath with a big shower. The only downside to that was that the larger bathroom took the place of the hallway which runs from front bedroom to back bedroom in most units. The back bedroom therefore lost the sea breeze which would normally help to keep it cool. In March this was not a problem at all. This is the first unit I have stayed in where ALL the fans worked. All those fans make the condo very comfortable. As for location and convenience - it doesn't get any better. That's why we keep coming back to the Surf and Racquet. We would definitely enjoy staying in this unit again.

Look we come to Hawaii every year. We stay in condos each time. This place was such a let down we actually left after the first day and lost a weeks rental fee. It was in our opinion dirty. There was no AC. now in all honestly it didn't say AC in the write up but it didn't say there wasn't either. I mean come on, your coming to a tropical climate... should there be a little something in the description that says oh yeah BTW there's no AC. <br/>Screen doors were separated from the frames which let bug and critters in. The kitchen was upgraded but honestly they wasted their money on it. There was lip stick stain on the some of the glasses. So we washed them all. There was dryer lint all over the bathroom door. There was a previous tenants used food in the refrigerator. There was dried food on the front. The entire property seemed very tired. There are better places to spend your money on the Big Island. Sorry and the rental agency obviously didn't see our side of the story. They offered not credit or refund on

The best part about this unit is the ocean view. Also nice being on the top floor of the building. The condo complex however had it's drawbacks: Building itself was dated. The rules at the pool were so restrictive that we felt the only "play" allowed was hopping up and down in the water. ("No Marco Polo, no inflatable toys, no music, no running" and more) There are a couple unused golf course holes behind the units and if you walked on it, someone from the golf course zipped up to you in a cart and told you it was private property. On the bright side, pool was decent size, tennis courts were well maintained. Our unit was nicely appointed though a bit skimpy on dishes and cookware, silverware was the cheapest I've ever seen. All in all, reasonable value.

Beautiful spacious condo right on the water. Fully updated. The property was quite clean. The only thing to keep in mind is that all windows and fans need to be on or the unit is way too hot. We kept everything open and we were fine. There is no housekeeping unless you pay extra.

This is a really great unit. Actually much larger than anticipated. With 5 adults and 1 child, we had plenty of place and privacy. The best feature is definitely the view. Not mentioned in the listing is all the beach/pool items available (flippers, coolers, chairs, etc) and baby gear (pack and play, potty). We'd definitely consider staying here again.

To sum this place up in one word - AMAZING!!This condo very clean & tidy & has everything you could ever need for your holiday (even when your travelling with a 17month old). This unit is impeccable and appointed very nicely. We loved the view and it was so quiet and peaceful here. The appliances and ammenities were top notch! The location is a close drive to everything we love - captain cooks monument just a few minutes away, kayak rentals 5 min away and downtown Kailua-kona just minutes down the road.

The condo was newly remodeled, clean and as close to the ocean as possible. The condo was well stocked with linens, however we watched the cleaning girl take every thing out of the kitchen and throw them away, including salt pepper and spices! Most VRBO rentals have a few basics in the kitchen, not this one. We had asked if this condo was within walking distance of some shops etc. so the teens could get away from us...we were told yes, but this was not the case. The master bedroom was large and beautiful but privacy was an issue since the sliding door off the master connected to the living room lanai and the two sliding doors to the living room did not close completely. The pool was lovely, but the full time residents were rude and grumpy. This would be a nice place if you had small children or older couples. Wayne at the rental company was great to work with.
