The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 50 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD is due 60 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500 USD, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
