All cedar construction, 6 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, 2 screened porches and a deck all around the cottage. Five of the bedrooms have a view of the lake as does the dining area and the great room which is 30x60 feet with glass on both ends. Swim or fish directly off the dock. Modern kitchen with all usual appliances. Road access. Telephone. A hide away from life's stresses. There is a canoe available for guest use.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Travelers Cheques

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 250.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 10 days during a stay. Extra maid service if available may be negotiated at owner's cost of the service.
Air Conditioning & Fees
The cottage is insulated and has ceiling fans everywhere.It is not air conditioned.
Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee
Electric furnases and portable heaters are available.
Telephone Fee
A fee is charged for this service. Local calls are free. Long distance calls are charged against security deposit.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000.00 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 33 days of departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 45 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 1000.00 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Group & Min. Age Policies
Allow groups of families or couples.
Payment Balance
Payment of entire amount is due upon booking.
