A 3 night deposit is due at time of booking.
Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival, (60 days for Holiday Reservations).
Christmas/holiday rates are slightly higher. Please contact the Property Manager.
There is a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit as long as it is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival.
If the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival (60 days for Holiday Reservations), there is no refund unless the property can be re-rented.
If the property can be re-rented, a pro-rated refund will be issued on the nights that are re-rented.
Although a credit card may be used for your initial deposit, the balance must be paid in US funds by check, money order, or US debit card.

TO AVOID FRAUD: We will never require payment by wire transfer or Western Union. Bottom line is: if you receive an email offer on one of our vacation rentals and it seems too good to be true, it probably is. If in doubt, call our office.

Travel Insurance can be purchased with your reservation.
VACATION RENTAL INSURANCE-CSA Vacation Rental Insurance has been made available with your reservation. Vacation Rental Insurance reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. We strongly recommend you purchase this valuable protection. If declined, you acknowledge you have read and understand our cancellation policy and choose not to purchase Vacation Rental Insurance on behalf of all occupants.

Check-In time for 3-bedroom units is 4:00 PM local time. For all other units, check-in time is 3:00 PM local time. Check Out is required by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. No late check-outs unless pre-arranged and pre-paid. If you are in the room after check-out time there will be a charge equal to one night's rent plus tax.

Vacation Rental Damage Protection: This Vacation Rental Damage plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $1500.00. Any damages that exceed $1500.00 will be charged to the credit card on file. If you damage the real or personal property assigned to your rental accommodation during the trip, the Insurer will reimburse the lesser of the cost of repairs or replacement of the property, up to $1500.Certain terms and conditions apply. Full details of the Vacation Rental Damage coverage are contained in the Description of Coverage or Insurance Policy The cost is $30. The Vacation Rental Damage can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in. If you decide against this plan, we will collect a $500 refundable security deposit prior to checking in. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services to pay directly to the Property Manager any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Vacation Rental Damage. Please contact us directly if you do not wish to participate in this plan or assignment. A credit card must be on file to cover any damages to real or personal property of the condo.


NO SMOKING: The Hawaii legislature enacted State Law 295, effective November 16, 2006, which prohibits smoking in all enclosed or partially enclosed areas open to the public. All our units are subject to this new law. We will keep your credit card information on file. If a smoking violation occurs, a fine of $250.00 will be charged to your credit card.


Note: We will make every effort to reserve the unit that you have selected; however we reserve the right to move you to a similar unit should your selected unit become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.

One week in kihei We stayed a week with our two kids 6 and 7 in Kihei in this condo. It’s a great location for beaches restaraunts and touring the island. Relaxing and quiet area. The kids loved the pool and the nearby beaches. The condo was clean and well kept. Rentals Maui were super easy to deal with and accessible if we had any problems.

Excellent location We really enjoyed our stay the E203 unit at the Maui Kamaole. We enjoyed the quiet location and found it central to all the amenities and beaches. Air conditioning throughout was a huge plus. The only recommendation would be to replace the mattress on the pull out sofa. Overall, beautiful facility, grounds and upper pool are spectacular.

Great week in Maui We had a very nice condo just off S Kihei Rd, easy access to beaches and all the action in Maui. The place was clean and neat, 2BR 2 Bath with room for our 5th adult on the pull out sofa. Access to 2 pools and we used the grill often. We would return in a heart beat. Thanks.

Tired Maui Rental This unit was rented through Rentals Maui. As usual, dealing with Rentals Maui was an easy, seamless, and professional experience. The unit itself was another matter. Maui Kamaole E-203 is in desperate need of a complete renovation,and new beach equipment. I have stayed at numerous units in Maui Kamaole, and love this resort. I would recommend looking at all the other wonderful, renovated units, in Maui Kamaole before renting this place.

Maui Kamaole- lovely complex Maui Rentals is a experienced company, they were clear on providing instructions before arriving at our condo. We arrived late at night and It was simple upon arrival. As for our particular unit we found some deficiencies which should have been addressed, such as broken latch on a sliding door, which could be a security issue, the safety deposit box was broken, radio/iPod music player was broken, red ants in ensuite bsthroom, and this unit is a bit tired and could use new carpets.

Maui Kamaole 2016 Really like the location and the layout. The only issue was the **** roaches in the kitchen. Sent an email to Rentals Maui. 4 days later bug man showed up. Would have been nice to have the issue addressed a little quicker. Kind of surprised the issue wasn't addressed by previous renter or cleaner. Would I stay there again? yes

Great stay We had everything we needed and more. Location was wonderful for touring around Maui and it was very comfortable. All the comforts of home including a slow cooker. The only thing we would have wanted was a bigger cooler or cooler bag.

kamaole nice and fun. Location great to sightsee south Maui and great beaches nearby. Furnitures dated but it's okay since we spent most our time out. Maui Kamaole unit 203 Very nice 9 days. pretty garden view and very quiet.Very well appointed kitchen.Plenty of towels and toys.<br/>Mattresses a bit soft. Should consider replacing those and the shag carpet. Air conditioners need to be cleaned as they are likely a bit moldy inside. This happens to most air conditioners that aren't new. <br/>pool in back of property is more tropica than the one closer to the front. The property is very secure. They know who's there. Hasseled me a bit after I had a visitor with a small service dog. Overall a very good place<br/>To stay in Maui. This particular unit could use a bit of a spruce up<br/>but was comfy for 4 adults.<br/>

December vacation The condo was clean and well stocked. It is in the perfect location to get to the beach by walking if you want. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the pool and hot tub are great. Our only downside was the cable TV. We don't go on vacation to watch TV but at night we do like to watch a little. It was very frustrating getting the guide to work and finding the channels. But this was such a small frustration. The overall experience at Maui Kamaole was fantastic. This was our second time staying here and we plan to return.

Lovely Family Condo We really enjoyed our stay at the Maui Kamaole. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the location - just a short walk to Kamaole Beach 3. We also made good use of the pools and tennis courts. Overall we had a great experience!

Home Away From Home We arrived to the property around 4PM. Unfortunately there was no reception staff working. We were excited to head straight to the rooms. They were very easy to find and to our surprise, very well appointed;E-204. Our unit E-203 was well appointed with dated furniture, but was still very comfortable! Love the shag carpet, furnishings could be updated. There was everything we could think of in the unit, even board & card games! On the second day, it was beautiful, and HOT! I inquired if there was an ice maker near by. I called the front desk around 2pm with no answer. I then called the resident manager who's number was listed and left a kind message. Unfortunately, I never received a call back to let me know there wasn't one. The only mark against the stay. Overall we were very satisfied with the unit, the property and Aidus; our agent that assisted us with the late check out the last day! Mahalo!

Maui Kamaole, always great! E203 is a great two bedroom condo. This particular rental is well stocked with cutlery, dishes, spices, toilet paper and paper towel. I always hate having to run to the store for basic supplies like coffee filters and toilet paper!<br/>Rooms are nicely appointed and the king bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable. They have a fantastic cleaner because everything was sparkling on our arrival. Don't count on having internet access it is sketchy at best. You need to go to the pool area for internet access. 1st time in Maui! Clean and Comfortable Condo Our stay in #E-203 was very nice. We enjoyed our time in this unit. It was clean and comfortable. We are very picky & do notice if things are not up to par. Beds & living room furniture were comfortable. We appreciated the beach towels & chairs, umbrellas (use the Tommy Bahama it is sturdier. It gets windy on the beach), sand toys (my 18 & 13 yr old used) ice chest & the boogie board (it's broke but still very usable). the kitchen was well stocked. So stocked that the few groceries we did buy had to be put on the counter because all of the cupboards were filled with dishes and other cooking utensils! From the condo to the beach it is a nice walk, but be warned it is a nice hike back UP!! We drove to the beach so we would not have to carry it all back up hill :-) Our daughters enjoyed the pool, The check-in and out process was easy and the code entry was easy, don't have to worry about key or cards getting lost. We were sent several emails and an app from Rentals Maui that gave us directions as well as details on how to check in, tips and other information about Maui. We were contacted by a concierge via email to help plan/book activities. this was helpful, We originally looked to stay on the West side of the island. A few days we drove up there and found it to be much more lush than Kihei, but also a bit more people. Most of the large hotels and resorts are up here. We went to Kaanapali and the beach was busy, lots of people, shops, restaurants, & hotels lined the beach front. As we sat on the Kamaole III beach we realized that we probably would not have the beach almost to ourselves. It was quiet & peaceful. The restaurants are only a few min walk. We heard many people say they felt Kamaole was one of the best. we enjoyed our time in Maui and was nice to come back to #E-203 each night.
