Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 250 CAD.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 9 pm. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 5 Adults.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 200.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
