Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 31 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 300 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
PLEASE NOTE - For Peak Season Bookings (December 23 - Jan 2 and Alberta Family Day), there are no refunds for cancellations within 3 months of arrival unless nights are able to be re-rented.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due 7 days prior to arrival.

We have stayed in a number of rental properties over the years and this was one of the best experiences for communication, value and amenities. The owner provided detailed house and area information which was appreciated. The property had enough beds when joined with the neighbouring unit to sleep our group of 20. We really enjoyed having 2 hot tubs - one for adults and one for kids! The kitchen was well stocked. I really liked that each main bedroom had it's own bathroom. Also there was a great place for hanging snow gear. We also used the laundry to keep gear and towels fresh. The coffee provided was excellent! There are a lot of stairs to get in, however it was nice to have some private areas so we didn't feel like we were all together all the time. The only negatives were not very comfortable mattresses and not enough towels provided. There was also a strong smell of Marijuana wafting through but there's not much you can do about neighbours I guess. When some people were up earlier than those sleeping in the loft it was hard to keep lights and sound low, maybe some blinds on the windows for the loft bedrooms would be helpful. The location was great for getting to the chairlift, however it is not a true ski in ski out, with a bit if a walk through a parking lot. We would stay here again!

We are a family of six, and this condo was perfect for us. It sleeps 14, but that's with all the pull out couches being used, and honestly, we would have felt cramped having to sleep people in the living room, so without having to do that, I would say it comfortably sleeps 8. Having a hot tub AND a BBQ was the BEST! We went at the end of March so the weather was warm and perfect for grilling; so much better than cooking at the stove. The pans in the kitchen have seen better days, and probably need to be replaced. I almost went to buy new ones for our stay. It was hard to fry eggs, or cook anything in pans that didn't have flat bottoms anymore. That was the only thing about this place that I would have changed. I realize people will sometimes abuse things that aren't theirs, but if you are supplying low quality things like that in order to cut your losses, you also need to be prepared to replace them on the regular because they won't live up to daily wear and tear for too long. Also, no grilling utensils was weird. We used the one plastic turner that was provided, but were worried it was going to melt. We liked not having to share a hot tub with a building full of people, so having a hot tub was awesome! It was a very short walk to the lifts, and nice and close to the town, with a walking path that went to the shopping area in Kimberley. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.

We also own the next door unit which is mirror image, ID 227323. Perfect for groups. These are the two largest condos in the Kimberley Ridge development at 1500 sqft living space per unit.

Four permanent real beds (3 queen, 1 double) and three comfortable pull-out beds (2 queen + 1 double in loft and living room). The unit is also equipped with two Ikea mattresses and all bedding.

Master has double sink ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed in the closed off loft area and has a double sink, ensuite bathroom. Both main floor bedrooms have queen beds and one ensuite. There are two queen sized, pull-out couches in living room and one double pull-out couch in the loft (outside of the master bedroom). Wifi throughout the unit.

There are two balconies (decks). The largest of which faces the ski hill and has a natural gas BBQ with patio furniture and catches the afternoon sun. The east facing deck has the 8 person hot tub that is kept to hospitality standards clean (professionally serviced weekly).

The kitchen has 12 place settings and all the pots and pans, kitchen utensils required to cook and entertain.

Ask the owner about packaging tee times and transportation options in our fleet of charter vehicles (11 and 14-passenger vans and 16 or 24-passenger buses). You can discuss this with the owner, in the Grace Period.
