The Super Condo is 6 bedroom - 6 bathroom and has 8 real beds and 6 pull-out sofas. These are the two largest condos in the Kimberley Ridge development at 1500 sqft living space per unit. Both condos have new, locally-crafted "river tables" to add a touch of beauty to the property. One suite: All beds are queen or double beds. Two roll away Ikea mattresses in the unit to sleep 8 in separate beds. New Netflix enabled 49" flat panel TV mounted in the living room and two other 32" flat-panel TVs in bedrooms. Master has double sink ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed in the closed-off loft bedroom and has a double sink, ensuite bathroom. There is also a double bed in the nook under the green space facing the window of the master bedroom. There are two double sized, pull-out couches in the living room and one double-sized pull-out couch in the loft (outside of the master bedroom). Wifi, foosball table, Netflix enabled Smart TV all included. There are two balconies (decks). The largest of which faces the ski hill and has a natural gas BBQ with new patio furniture and catches the afternoon sun. The east-facing deck has an eight-person hot tub that is kept to hospitality standards clean (professionally serviced weekly) and also has a six-person patio table and chairs. The kitchen has 12 place settings and all the pots and pans, kitchen utensils required to cook and entertain. Second suite: Three permanent queen beds (3 bedrooms) and three comfortable pull-out beds (2 queen + 1 double in loft). Unit also equipped with two new Ikea mattresses with comforters. Master has double sink ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed in the closed-off loft area and has a double sink, en suite bathroom. Both main floor bedrooms have queen beds and one ensuite. There are two queen-sized, pull-out couches in the living room and one double pull-out couch in the loft (outside of the master bedroom). Wifi throughout the unit. There are two balconies (decks). The largest of which faces the ski hill and has a natural gas BBQ with patio furniture and catches the afternoon sun. The east-facing deck has the 8 people hot tub that is kept to hospitality standards clean (professionally serviced weekly). The kitchen has 12 place settings and knife block plus all the pots and pans, kitchen utensils required to cook and entertain. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 31 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 31 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 300 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded. PLEASE NOTE - For Peak Season (Dec 22 to Jan 2 annually OR Alberta Family Day (starting the Friday before the 3rd Monday of February) there would be no refund for cancellations received within 3 calendar months of the start of the rental.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 CAD is due 7 days prior to arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish.
