Location and View with Ill equipped house Upon checking in we were very aware of the multiple items in need of repair. It became serious when the moulding on the floor cut one of our guests foot and we had someone slip down the bare carpet stairs. These things need to be adressed. There are also chairs with wood and nails sticking out, multiple broken pieces of furniture, a probably toxic oven, broken banisters, gross bathrooms.. The kitchen was poorly stocked (ie: nothing). Everything felt dirty and in need of replacement. The downstairs had virtually no lighting and we all found it hard to get around and see anything in the bedrooms. There was no basic bath products provided - which is bizarre. This is probably my 25th time renting a house and I have NEVER felt so poorly provided for. The location and view are the only thing this house has going for it. We had to store our trash in the downstairs closet which was disgusting. The numerous water toys on the dock and below it are not available for use?? Strange. Will not return and would not recommend to anyone. Filthy, dangerous and not appropriately stocked for this pricepoint. Response from O'Neal Associates, Inc. ; Wednesday, May 25, 2022 The house is well cared for and is older, the price reflects this. Quiet Lakefront Retreat The view is unbeatable! We had a great time relaxing on the docks and then sitting by the fire! The stargazing was awesome right off the back deck, and even better down on the docks! Thank you so much for making our last minute trip work, we really appreciate it!

Lovely stay on the lakeshore Stayed a few days in April at this location with family. Beautiful location, the communication with the property management was very prompt and professional. House itself was well maintained. Very convenient location as it's a short 5 minute walk to the business district nearby that featured restaurants and a food market.

Inadequite services Unfortunately the property has a hot water issue, possibly a Small water tank. We were boiling water for baths. Unacceptable for a ski vacation. Response from O'Neal Associates, Inc. ; Monday, February 24, 2020 This renter never mention a problem with the water heater during his 5 night stay, the renters that arrive directly after had no issues with the waterheater.

perfect lakeside vacay! Location, location, location. this lovely home has it all. comfortable, lawn area, beach (this year) and lovely neighbors. Kitchen is small - but well equipped.

We have stayed before and we will again We had a very nice stay. We have stayed there before and we will again. The location is great: private sandy beach, quiet, safe street, walking distance to restaurants, playground etc.<br/> What improvements would I suggest? Paint the downstairs bedroom walls white, or put in ceiling lights; those rooms are very dark, especially when you come in from the sunshine during the day. Another shelf for toiletries in each bathroom would be nice. And put the bear-proof trash box OUTSIDE the fence so the trash guys can easily pick up weekly - all the other houses do.<br/> Special thanks to Lisa for setting up our trip arrangements flawlessly once again. <br/>

Kings Beach House Fantastic views. That is the best feature of this house. Very large and open with plenty of bedrooms. The inside is in desperate need of updates, especially the kitchen.
