First class furnished house is waiting for you-keeping your class, comfort, privacy, fashion, modernization in mind. Best floor plans for the best five star community resort which is very spacious around 3500 square feet with 4 large king sized bedrooms, 3 twin rooms including expensive mattresses . With 4 king-size master bedrooms and their private bathrooms (one with crib on the side), no one needs to fight for who takes what. 3 Twin rooms decorated individually for girls & boys will make your kids busy with their own play house thing. 2 rooms with 2 twin beds each and the other one with 2 bunk beds. 1 large master bedroom and 1 bedroom with twin beddings are on the ground floor for easy access. Bedrooms have fans on the ceilings for some cooling. Pool facing south with lots of sunlight, 16 people sitting chairs and lounges) with spa. BBQ on the pool side, game room with pool table, football table, etc. House has 9 televisions ,DVD players and the wii stations. Security near the pool area is done by the fences for your little ones. Fully equipped kitchen (everything you need for cooking, incl. Pots, bowls, etc) with all the amenities and big breakfast table with 9 benches for the good times with family or the meetings or meal. It also has a formal gourmet dining for minimum six people. Special parties can be organized with the baked birthday pastries or cake. Babies will have fun too as the house is kids friendly and has crib, strollers, play pan and much more. For extra guest there are 2 folding beddings and a sofa bed is available. It has an internet access and a wi-fi too. Unlimited phone calls for US national. And after Exploring the views of the Florida and the beautiful sights and the pleasant sounds you can enjoy the clubhouse of the community which has a large pool and heated spas and saunas. You just can’t stop yourself discovering the beauty of Florida by looking amazing theme parks , nature , Disney world and lots of wonderful destinations. Have I mentioned that our house is located just steps away from Disney. For the special guests like you, your friends, your families our emerald resort community has eleven acres wood preserved trails which is covered by the area of conservation dedicate to floral life and the plant life. Its surrounded by the protective woodlands .the place is just like a island on land amidst sea of vegetation. Chilly winds, palm line paths lead to the community. It has a dolphin designed fountain gives you a amazing sense of arrivals .The strongly secured community has a 24 hours entry and it is miles away from Disney. Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Email Money Transfer, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, 50 percent of all payments are refunded. If you cancel 60 or more days before arrival, $150 of the $300 deposit will be refunded.If you cancel 59 to 45 days before arrival, you will lose the $300 deposit.At the 45-day mark, the rental amount is due. If you cancel the booking after making this payment, a refund will only be available if the nights are re-rented.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 USD is due immediately. Please note that this $300 payment is taken as a non-refundable booking deposit. It transfers into the refundable damage deposit when the rental amount is paid 45 days before arrival and will be refunded back to you, assuming there are no damages, after your departure.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 280.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. The guest is expected to clean the BBQ. Extra charges could apply.
Parking
A fee or refundable deposit is collected for parking. Parking fee is paid to a local third party.
Pool Heat Policy & Fees
A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee is 30.00 per night based on 3 nights or 199.00 per week. A guest must request this optional service.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
