When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.

The cottage was nice and decorated nicely. We stayed for 4 nights. I would normally have given 4 or 5 stars but the AC unit did not work the whole time we were there. It was very uncomfortable whenever we were in the cottage - especially trying to sleep at night (sleeping in 30 degree heat was nearly impossible). We did contact the owner. They responded once. Maintenance folks were dispatched - who were very kind - but said that the air conditioning in this house has had problems before. Owners never checked back, air con unit never got fixed. Please check that the AC in working properly before you book.

This cottage was in a fantastic location, was well appointed, very clean and the deck was well used for meals and relaxing. The owner was extremely helpful in all our conversations.

Everyone can enjoy the resort's swimming pools, hot tubs, aqua parks, marina and private beach. In addition, there are tennis courts, mini-golf, children's playground and covered outdoor picnic and BBQ areas.

This beautiful unit is strategically located halfway between the central amenities area and the beach/marina. The cottage is fully equipped with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and is completely furnished with all the comforts of home. In addition, there is a sofa/couch in the living room that can be converted into a double bed.

The surrounding areas offer parks, golf, boating, wineries and shopping within 1/2 hours drive.
The cottage has a full unobstructed views of Okanagan Lake and mountains.

** For the months of July and August minimum nights stays are as follows:

- 2 nights with Friday (Arrival) and Sunday (Departure)
- 5 nights with Sunday (Arrival) and Friday (Departure)
- 7 nights with Friday (Arrival) and Friday (Departure)
- 7 nights with Sunday (Arrival) and Sunday (Departure)

Long week-ends are a minimum of 3 nights (Typically Friday arrival with Monday Departure).

Allowed Arrival Nights: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
