Time for a break from day-to-day life. A great cottage location to relax, unwind, and enjoy time with family and friends in the diverse region of the Okanagan Valley.
La Casa Resort offers something for everyone of all ages. Spectacular views of Lake Okanagan and the surrounding mountains. Marina, private beach with aqua park. Swimming pools and hot tubs are just a few things to enjoy within the resort. Along with the water activities there is a children's playground, sand volleyball court, tennis/pickleball courts, 18-hole mini-golf, BBQ and picnic areas. Nature enthusiasts will love the extensive hiking trails all within a short distance from your front door. Bring ATVs and dirt bikes to explore the vast amounts of riding trails. Explore other exciting activities the region has to offer: winery tours/tasting, golf, boating, hiking, local farms, skiing etc. This fully equipped luxury cottage is centrally located within the resort with unobstructed views from the deck. Two large bedrooms and a loft bedroom with all the furnishings of home including air conditioning will make your holiday comfortable and worry-free.

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Email Money Transfer
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. Fee of 20.00 CAD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged Any number of pets.) Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed:Dog A security deposit of 500.00 CAD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Group & Min. Age Policies

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 200.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1 nights rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 CAD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable. For Covid related cancellations, if there is a government-imposed travel ban for your dates and you need to cancel, a full refund can be issued up to 1-month prior to your arrival. Otherwise the regular cancellation policy above is in place.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Parking
Parking is free.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
