Description
Life is busy and you need some time to revitalize and be with your family. Whether you are wanting peace and tranquility by gazing at the beautiful surroundings or you want to energize yourself with sport and adventure, the resort and surrounding areas offer the perfect place to vacation. Everyone can enjoy the resort's swimming pool, hot tub, marina and private beach. In addition, there are tennis courts, mini-golf, childrens playground and covered outdoor picnic and BBQ areas. The cottage is strategically located halfway between the central amenities area and the beach - marina. As well, the cottage is equipped with 2 bedrooms plus Loft Bedroom and 2 full bathrooms and is completely furnished with all the comforts of home. In addition, there is a sofa - couch in the living room that can be converted into a double bed. The surrounding areas offer parks, golf, boating, wineries and shopping within 1 - 2 hours drive. The cottage has a full unobstructed views of Okanagan Lake and mountains.

Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card
Booking Deposit
Payment policy is flexible and options discussed during the Grace period.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable. If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 900 CAD is due 5 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit. A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to cash deposit) is taken.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 179.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is asked to leave soiled linens & towels in the bathtub or shower. Guest is asked to start the dishwasher.
Linen
Linen is included in the rent Towels are not allowed outside of the property.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
Hot Tub Service & Fee
Hot tub heating is included in the rent. Hot tub operates during the warm months only.
