Description
This cottage is ideally suited for a peaceful retreat, with outstanding and unobstructed views of Lake Okanagan. Located 30 km north of Westbank and Kelowna, 30 minutes drive along the Westside Road, in La Casa Resort Development. It is also 7 hours drive from Calgary or 4 hours from Vancouver. Maximum occupancy limit per rental group staying is 8 people, including children, as per LaCasa Resort ruling. In the summer, you will be able to enjoy all water sports on site, with the warm waters of Lake Okanagan through swimming, boating (marina slots available), aqua-park, as well as onsite pool and hot tub. Others amenities at the Resort include 2 tennis courts, a mini golf course for the entire family, beach volleyball court, a marina & boat launch. If you are seeking a winter holiday, this cottage will be a great base to enjoy skiing at the Big White Ski Resort (1 hour 45 minutes), Silver Star Resort (1 hour 15 minutes) and Crystal Mountain in Westbank (1 hour), or nearby snowshoeing and skiing in the backcountry. There are over 20 wineries, as well as cheese factories, to visit and taste their products, spread out within 30-90 minutes driving from the cottage. As well as several golf courses for another great way to enjoy the hot sun of the Okanagan Valley. Closer to your vacation base, you are only 5 minutes driving north to the Fintry Provincial Park, and 10 minutes from horse riding and ATV riding at Fintry High Farm. Or simply lay back on the deck with a glass of wine, overlooking the waters and boating on Lake Okanagan.

Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Email Money Transfer Short notice requests can only be paid by Email Money Transfer.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 35 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 35 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 800.00 CAD is due 7 days prior to arrival. Damage Deposit is payable 7 business days prior to arrival and returned 7 business days after departure.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups. If a warning is not adhered to, the guest will be evicted without a refund. If unreasonably noisy, guest is fined 500.00. The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 35 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 200.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure. Guest is asked to start the dishwasher. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
Linen
Linen is included in the rent Beach towels should be brought by guest. 100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding. Towels are not allowed outside of the property.
Booking Processing Fee (charged by owner)
One-time fee of 10.00 % for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Parking
Parking is free. Pick up parking permit from front desk on arrival.
Tourism Marketing Fee
There is no Tourism Marketing Fee (surcharge)
