Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 USD is due on arrival.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 200 USD

Some 30 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport it has quick access to numerous Tourist activities such as Surfing, Whale watching, Snorkeling, Turtle release programs, swimming with Dolphins etc etc. The town of Vallarta, famous for the connection to Liz Taylor, Richard Burton and John Houston, is a busy town with many beachfront bars and restaurants and shops selling local items. The house has its own Private POOL and Garage and has Canadian satellite TV with movies and sport. Come and witness the glorious sunsets, the migration of the Whales and the release of the turtles and witness two Bars in La Crus with regular music nights
