The lush greenery keeps it fresh all day long. A lovely salt water swimming pool 10m x10m with pool house with shower and toilet. The are 2 kitchens with both with a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Pool towels are not provided

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 EUR is due on arrival.
