LaQuinta stay The overall experience was wonderful. The beds are comfortable and the size of the house is perfect. The house sliding patio doors are broken and need repair. We went to use the patio fireplace and the propane bottles were empty, we filled them and left them close to full when we left. This should have been taken care of before our arrival. When you sit on the patio at night the bugs are horrible. We came home with lots of bites. No manuals We had a nice stay at the house, but I am surprised there is no manuals or instruction how to handle the special AC system or the other equipment in the house. At our arrival many light bulbs did not function and one of the sinks in main bathroom was leaking. The bed in masterbedroom is making noise every time you get out of it and the mattress is worn down. We also found several small brown carpet insects on the carpet in the livingroom. However when contacting the caretaker she responded quickly and send some over to take care of the things that could be fixed. We have been renting houses at PGA West for many years and several of them have all the information need in a binder. Perfect Perfect. The condo was as lovely as pictured. Nice and clean. They thought of everything (tissue, shampoo, a colander in the kitchen). We had friends pick us up and everyone said "wow" when they walked in. Oh...and the golf course and the night's view, with the moon back-lighting the palm trees was stunning

Cute spot! The best part about this place was the bathrooms. A bathroom for each room made getting ready a breeze. The golf course was a beautiful view and the house was impeccably clean. Very happy with our stay :)

Absolutely Great! The Villa was pristine clean, had comfortable furniture & beds, was tastefully decorated, and is located in beautiful PGA West!<br/>We especially enjoyed the "live" golf channel from the 2 patios overlooking the 11th fairway of The Stadium Course.<br/>Added bonuses were the quality & quantity of good knives and frypans which in a lot of rentals are scarce.<br/>We loved exploring the golf course properties on the golf cart.<br/>We will definitely check if it is available the next time we go to the area.

Property at 55092 Oak Tree - La Quinta, CA We like the location of this home and it's surrounding amenities. We like the fact the home was on the 11th fairway of the Stadium course and had a little used community pool and Jacuzzi in close proximity. A big plus was the golf cart that we were allowed to use upon signing a liability waiver. The property was clean upon arrival and furniture acceptable. Towels, linens, etc. in good condition. Kitchen utensils were a bit limited. For example, we bought a coffee pot and left it for the next guest. We did experience a cockroach infestation problem finding at least one on the kitchen floor for several consecutive mornings. The Turnkey property management people did respond satisfactorily but before leasing this unit again we must be assured the condition is corrected.

Spacious & Modern A wonderful space that looks better than the photo's. Comfortably fits six people, all of the bedrooms were well appointed and the high ceilings are an added bonus. The room also comes with a golf cart & pool floats.

Tackle the three public courses inside PGA West, then head just outside the gates to play a round on the La Quinta SilverRock Resort course.

Away from the fairways, local boutiques and great restaurants await in Old Town La Quinta - an 8-minute drive. Just 12 minutes from home, you can cycle or hike along the beautiful La Quinta Cove to Lake Cahuilla Trail.

ABOUT THE CONDO

Soaring windows welcome natural light into an expansive living area overlooking the golf course. A designer couch, love seat, and comfy chaise sit before a stone fireplace and 55" flat screen TV. Steps away, you can whip up drinks at a stylish wet bar.

The spacious kitchen comes well-stocked with cooking essentials and stainless steel appliances, including a French door refrigerator. Fire up the Keurig machine and sip your morning espresso at the two-person kitchen table. A glass top dining table seats four on elegant cushioned chairs.

Enjoy the morning sun over breakfast on your east-facing patio. A four-person table overlooks the rolling fairways. Later, cook afternoon BBQs over the gas grill before an evening beside the fire pit.

The condo sleeps up to six guests between three welcoming bedrooms. A large master bedroom features a beautiful king bed, 42" flat screen TV, storage closet, and access to a flower-filled patio. Freshen up in an en-suite bathroom with a dual vanity and tub/shower combination.

A queen bed and 26” wall-mounted TV are featured in the second bedroom. Catch up on email at the bedroom’s office desk, or relax in the bedside sitting area with love seat.

The light and airy third bedroom offers a queen bed and has its own en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. In addition, there’s a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
