A villa is perfected for those looking for total seclusion and quiet; the villa is hidden away on the estate and enjoys amazing sprawling sunset sea view to one side and jungle view to the other. What immediately catches your attention is an exclusive decoration in orange and brown tones..The path leading to a huge, spacious living room is quite original. This villa is distinguished by a large gorgeous gazebo "sala", conveniently located on the terrace that overlooks the mountains, valley and ocean. This is the perfect place for family gatherings, parties and picnics with friends and guests. Suitable for meditation early in the morning, and yoga - as the place is very peaceful and serene. Gazebo at the same time is equipped with a surround sound system so you can listen to the music of your choice. On the terrace there are very comfortable bathroom and shower room, tastefully decorated, providing privacy and openness at the same time. Living room is spacious, there is a home theater set in front of the dining area. In the back of the room is the kitchen. The entire room is completely open, it creates a great sense of space. Warm wooden floors create an atmosphere of real comfort. All furniture is made of natural materials, givving the Villa a unique and warm interior design. In addition, the villa is decorated with various Indian art objects, which are available for all rooms.

Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash Short notice requests can only be paid by PayPal.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent. Payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 700 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 1 days during a stay.
