This vast property has style and a luxurious atmosphere, set in lovely gardens; it offers comfort and peace, a place where celebrities have stayed. There are three en-suite double bedrooms on the ground level, each with direct access to the terrace - pool. In addition, there is a large en-suite double bedroom annexe, also on the ground level and with direct access to the terrace - pool. On the first level is the entrance hallway, with guest W.C, which leads to a large sitting room, steps up to the dining room, kitchen and utility room. There are also two en-suite double bedrooms, one with access to the large terrace, and the other has a balcony. On the 2nd floor, there are four en-suite double bedrooms; one with a large balcony. The garden has a grassed area with fruit trees, a large swimming pool (heating optional), a children's pool, a badminton - volleyball court, a BBQ area with a fully-equipped kitchen, with a fridge, dishwasher etc. And seating for 20. Next to the BBQ area, beneath a pergola, is the jacuzzi, where up to six people can unwind taking in the relaxing surroundings. At the front of the villa ample private parking is accessed through electronically-controlled gates. Whether you're just wanting to take it easy and enjoy time with family and friends or if you prefer a more energetic holiday, the villa and local region have it all. From stunning beaches to scenic walks and great food to friendly locals. There is plenty of opportunity for sports, including; golf, tennis, watersports, sailing, surfing and horse riding. You can watch car and motorbike racing in the fabulous Autodromo Internacional, just a 20min drive from the villa.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 40 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 84 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 1.00 percent surcharge. Stripe
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 84 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 EUR is due 84 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 30 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Guest pays a 100.00 fee if they check in after 8 pm. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key. Check In/Out times are not flexible. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 8 pm.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. You will be able to discuss your pet with owner before completing your booking with them.. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
