Private pool with amenities. The space The property is on 3 levels which gives guest privacy. Each bedroom is self contained with a large wardrobe and full ensuite. 2 bedrooms have large private balconies with views. There is a full, well equipped kitchen, separate dining area. The living room has a smart TV with Amazon prime and cable. Sunny balcony to enjoy meals, coffee or a glass of Portuguese wine. Guest access Enjoy the entire townhouse with parking. The pool area is all yours with sun loungers, dining area, pool kitchen and BBQ. Pool can be heated, fee on request. Toilet, sink, shower, pool towels and change rooms on the pool deck. Everything you need to enjoy your stay in Lagos Other things to note We are within walking distance to the city centre, grocery stores, shops, beaches and many attractions. Review from another website: This Villa lives up to its name. This villa is sublime. It somehow manages to be light filled and airy while also cool and shady all at the same time. Given the warm climate, it is so nice to have the choice to be in the shade or bright sun in all places in the house all through the day. We have stayed in the most beautiful places all over the world and this one really stands out. The pool beckons and is big enough for the whole family to play. Every room has its own en suite and balcony with views of the old city and bright azure sea. We are picky in our accommodations and everything in this place delighted us and exceeded our expectations. The hosts... Were exceptionally accommodating and very understanding. The Lidl market next door was so convenient, Oliva wood fired pizza one block away is not to be missed-the family who owns it makes you feel like family-and the walk into the old city center couldn’t be more pleasant. We found several ways to enter depending on whether we wanted to walk by the river, the sea, the Old Fort or just go straight to the heart of the action-every route was 10-15 minutes. The harbor and the beach were both close and easily accessible, not more than 10-15 minutes walk. The house itself is spacious, nicely appointed, stylish and artistic with everything you need. The tile floors are perfect for the climate and heated in the bathrooms if your toes are cold in the morning. The neighbors are nice and the neighborhood is quiet and picturesque. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 5 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded. For short-term rentals (27 nights or less), the owner offers a full refund if you cancel up to 5 days before arrival. If you cancel within 5 days, there is no refund.For longer rentals (28 nights or more), the owner offers a full refund for cancellations up to 28 nights before arrival. There are no refunds if you cancel within 28 nights of arrival.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 20.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) Pets allowed:Any Pet A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets Dogs must be well trained & behaved. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 60.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 30.00 EUR is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 2 weeks) A guest must request this optional service.
