Lake Eufaula is the largest lake in Oklahoma, and the 15th largest lake in the USA. Number 7 in the nation for Crappie fishing. Lake Eufaula has many parks, campgrounds, golf courses and marinas located around the lake. Locally is Jellystone park for the kids in the town of Eufalua. Lake Eufaula is known for producing large fish and large numbers. Come relax, fish or just watch the birds and deer.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 8 or more days prior to arrival) Money orders & bank drafts must be in US funds.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 USD is due immediately. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 01:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.
Children Policies
Property is not suitable for persons under the age of 5. Children under the age of 10 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 07:00 AM Property is not suitable for party groups. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. If unreasonably noisy, guest is fined 200.00.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. You will be able to discuss your pet with owner before completing your booking with them.. A minimum "Fine" of 500.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Maximum of 10 adults and 0 children. Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund. Hosting a function/party is not allowed.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 100.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Parking
Parking is free.
