Alta Lake is a 5 minute drive/taxi from the property. The coarse sand beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. There is no dock, moorage or float anchor.
Nita Lake is about a ten minute walk away. Several other lakes are within a short drive by car.
Ski/Board Out is a 5 minute walk to lift from the property. Ski/Board In is a 5 minute walk to the property.
A true ski in/ski out. Walk out the front door of the complex, across the street and onto the lift. If you want to ski Blackcomb, take the lift across the street to midstation, ski down to the Village and directly onto the Blackcomb lift. No parking, no walking, no lineups. Look for "G-6" on Resort Map.

For stays of 31 nights or more, there is a 3% surcharge for payment by credit card. 7% Resort Fee This non-refundable and taxable fee automatically applies to all reservations and is payable at the time of booking. The resort fee includes an Accidental Damage Waiver Benefit, which covers up to $2000CAD of inadvertent damage and/or cleaning charges that occur during a guest stay.* Additional details will be provided by the owner.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1 nights rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 45 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Credit Card Pre-Authorization : A valid, signed credit card imprint and a $500 to $1500 credit card pre-authorization (or equivalent cash deposit in Canadian funds) are required at check-in. Please note that the pre-authorization will be processed on your scheduled check-in date, and on the credit card provided at the time of booking. Please advise the property manager prior to your scheduled check-in date if you would like to use another credit card for the pre-authorization.

Perfect location: close to lift, to the grocery store, to a few restaurants. Away from the crowd. The condo itself is nice and very well equipped. Would definitely go back again. No access to underground parking after checking out at 10:00 the day you leave is a bother if you plan to ski that day (have to use public parking with the risks).

LIVING SPACE
Spacious open-plan living/dining area with a stone fireplace, 32" LCD TV, and DVD player. Dining room suitable for up to 6 guests. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Large balcony with forest views.

BED & BATH
The master bedroom has a queen bed and LCD TV. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is a queen sofabed in the living room. The main bathroom has been completely updated with a bathtub/shower combo. There is also a small powder room.

PARKING & AMENITIES
There is one free underground parking stall. Guests can enjoy use of the common laundry facilities, common hot tub, and heated outdoor pool.

DISTANCES
The main Creekside bus stop is less than a 2 minute walk away and will take guests to the lifts and Village in 10 to 15 minutes. The Village is a 10 to 12 minute drive away and the Creekside Gondola is across the street.
