Drive up the mountain to Panarama, or enjoy Kimberley Ski Resort with a 1 1/4 hour drive. Fairmont Ski Hill is only 1/2 hour away. Cross country availability is endless.

A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The security deposit of $200.00 is collected using E Transfer, it is then returned to the guest the same way the day after check out, once the housekeeper has inspected.

We have stayed at this condo during our summer vacations for the last three years with our two kids and love it. The pool is warm and the lake and hot spring are close. The condo is perfect for a family and well maintained with everything you could need. The kids love the bunk bed. We love the deck and the incredible private view.

Unobstructed view of Windermere Lake from the top floor vaulted ceiling unit. Walking distance to childrens park, beach and lakeside pub. Pool, hot tub and exercise facility within the complex. Your accommodation can sleep 6 people comfortably. We have wall to wall carpeting in the bedrooms, and hardwood/tile in the kitchen, entry, both bathrooms and laundry room. All linens are included.

The private view of Lake Windermere is yours from the master and guest bedroom, the living room and the patio. The condo is located in the town of Invermere which is close to many world-class and amateur golf courses, Panorama/Kimberly/Golden Ski Resorts, Fairmount/Radium Hot Springs. There are stunning hiking and biking trails for all levels in the area as well.

The kitchen is fully stocked kitchen that includes appliances, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster and much more. There is a TV, DVD and CD player. All you need to supply is the food and bevies, the rest will be waiting for you.
