This two bedroom plus den, two bathroom condo is located in The Bruce building of Lake Windermere Pointe. The complex is conveniently located only steps from James Chabot beach and park, at the northeast end of Lake Windermere. This third floor unit features an open concept, fully equipped kitchen, dining space and living room. The upgraded kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The living room features a flat screen television with electric fireplace and comfortable seating. This suite also includes air conditioning, WIFI, washer - dryer and underground parking. The master bedroom has a king size bed, television, and full ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed. The semi-private den is set up as a third bedroom with a double - double bunk bed. Please note we only recommend children for the top bunk. This condo has a double sofa bed in the living room as well. The south-east facing balcony, with views of the pool area and lake, is located off the living area and is equipped with BBQ and patio furniture. Guests can enjoy the common area hot tub and fitness room year round, and outdoor pool and sun deck during the summer months.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Once a reservation is secured with a deposit, property or date change requests may be accommodated one time, subject to availability. A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged from the original dates if made within 60 days of arrival. No changes may be made less than 7 days of the arrival date.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM The first warning comes with a $250 fee. If the first warning is not adhered too there will be an immediate eviction without refund.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Cleaning on Departure
Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent Guests are expected to take out their own garbage, start their dishwasher with any dirty dishes and clean the BBQ prior to departure. They are also expected to lock all the doors and windows prior to leaving. If the property is left in an unreasonable condition extra cleaning fee will be applied to the renter's damage deposit at the charge of $30+tax/hour.

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 6 Adults.

Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
