Tastefully decorated, this two bedroom plus den, two-bathroom condo is located in The Armstrong building of Lake Windermere Pointe. The complex is conveniently located only steps from James Chabot beach and park, at the northeast end of Lake Windermere. This ground floor unit features an open concept, fully equipped kitchen, dining space and living room. The upgraded kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite eating bar. The living room features a large smart television and comfortable seating. This suite also includes air conditioning, WIFI, washer - dryer and one underground assigned parking stall. The master bedroom has a king size bed with full ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a king bed. The semi-private den is set up as a third bedroom with 2 single beds. The south facing balcony is located off the living area and is equipped with BBQ and patio furniture and view directly to the Lake. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Once a reservation is secured with a deposit, property or date change requests may be accommodated one time, subject to availability. A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged from the original dates if made within 60 days of arrival. No changes may be made less than 7 days of the arrival date.

Pets are allowed. Fee of 25.00 CAD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged Per pet.) Pets allowed:Dog A guest must request this optional service. Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups. The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 10 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub. There is no life guard on duty.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due on arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. With 60 or more days notice prior to arrival (75 days for reservations from Christmas and New Years weeks) • 20% cancellation fee based on total room charge cost (plus tax) deducted from deposit paid. • Balance refunded by cheque within 30 days of request.Less than 60 days notice prior to arrival (75 days for reservations from Christmas and New Years weeks) • 20% cancellation fee based on total room charge cost (plus tax) deducted from total paid. • You will be refunded only the number of days we are able to rebook from your original booking dates
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 5 Adults.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
