    This villa is situated in a beautiful, peaceful location, with its own spectacular outdoor swimming pool in a large garden. Waking up in the morning you will open your French doors onto your balcony and enjoy your morning coffee listening to the birds and admiring the view of the garden. With the large terrace overlooking the garden and pool you will be able to cook by bar-b-que every evening and relax. It is within 15 minutes drive of local supermarkets and the historic town of Les Arcs. It is also 10 minutes drive from Les Arcs main railway station. It is 50 minutes to the beautiful town of St Tropez, and also 50 minutes drive to Cannes and 55 minutes to Gorge de Verdon winch boasts an incredible turquoise blue lake. 25 minutes drive to Frejus seafront and sandy beaches and a fantastic aqua park. Nice is 1 hour and and 14 minutes by car. The local vineyards are superb with great quality wines. “We had a fantastic holiday in this spacious 3 bedroom house with a magnificent swimming pool set in beautiful gardens in the hills above Les Arcs. The location is very peaceful and private. The swimming pool was the focus of our stay, the lack of chlorine was much appreciated and it has to be said that it was one of the best pools we have ever experienced. The pool is also toddler friendly because it has a gradual descent into the pool which gave our toddler the confidence to learn to swim. The house is tastefully decorated, clutter free, with modern furniture and mod cons. There is a functional kitchen with all the amenities we needed and an outdoor barbecue. The upstairs bedrooms have a shared balcony which gave us extra space and views of the surrounding area. As cyclists, we appreciated the use of the double garage for secure storage. We could descend down into les arcs for coffee and croissants at the excellent Le Tour cafe and return via traffic free roads through vineyards and leafy lanes. There is a local cycle path about 20 miles long, where the gradients were easy and gave panoramic views of the local vineyards. If you do this track, make sure you stop at the Station Rosalie (green caravan), west of Lorgues, serving the best bruschetta any of us had ever tasted. A trip to the Gorge De Verdon is spectacular and would make a great place to visit for either kayaking, cycling or walking. There is a big choice of local supermarkets, Boulangerie’s and a fruit and veg shop offering fantastic fruit and vegetables to die for, are within easy access by car or bike. The area seems to specialise in rose wine and the Chateau Saint Pierre is just south of Les Arcs selling great bottles for a good price. We had an incredible holiday and we can’t wait to go back! ”

    In the words of a former guest; This was our first visit to London, and we were looking for a comfortable and economical place to stay with our two adult children. Communication with the owner was excellent, and she did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The home is neat, clean, comfortable for four adults in need of three bedrooms, and in a quiet Harrow neighborhood northwest of central London. The owner's sister-in-law, met us at the home and drove us around the neighborhood to show us where to find things. We arrived following a red-eye flight, and found that she had already procured items for our breakfast...A very nice touch. The owner stayed in contact with us during our stay to make sure everything met our needs. The home is equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, wireless Internet access (critical for our children), television, and very comfortable beds. There was no night noise issue, and we never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. There is, however, a fast train to north central London which allowed us to quickly access all the sights (15 minute trip). The train station is about a mile away and can readily be accessed by walking or by buses from stops about 1/4 mile away. If you are seeking a cost-effective abode for a London visit and don't mind having to do a little traveling to get to the sites, this home provides an excellent option. Excellent option.

    The cottage is a charming and spacious 80 sqm semi detached villetta, very well and comfortably furnished. The covered terrace with dining table and sitting corner and garden with deckchairs double your living space. In fact in summer you will spend most of your time outside. This is one of a cluster of 5 villetta's in a secluded position and hidden in lush Mediterranean bushes with oleanders, bougainvilleas, jasmine, wild flowers, agaves. In springtime a carpet of blooming cactuses with pink and yellow flowers is eye-catching. Unexpected rock formations, like prehistoric caves, surround the residence and invite climbing up from where you have a breathtaking view over the coast line and small islands in the distance. They also provide an unforgettable ambience for a nightly drink or midday pick nick. The Villetta is at walking distance to the village with supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, pizzeria and the beaches. Green tons are located on the roadside. Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are included in the price usually 1x per week.     This is a charming 15th Century stone house located in the heart of the village of Beynac, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France. The chateau at Beynac is on the top of a 500 foot cliff and the village houses are positioned below - providing privacy and spectacular views from one side of the house, and village life on the other. Extraordinary views of the magnificent Dordogne river and the Valley of the Five Chateaux present themselves from each of the four floors. The front door opens directly from the cobblestone streets - just steps from our private and unique parking grotte - into the main room of approximately 60 sq. Meters. Honey colored stone walls, stone tile floor, ancient wooden beams and a huge medieval fireplace set the tone for this main floor. A fully applianced kitchen with a granite countered cooking area is built into one of the old fireplaces. Antique carpets and leather seating offers a comfortable area to relax, listen to the stereo or view English satellite television on the 30' flat panel television. The large dining table suitable for seating up to 6 diners is next to the window offering spectacular views of the river, the sunset and the colorful montgolfiers (hot air balloons) drifting by at dawn and sunset most days in season. Down the stone staircase is the Master Bedroom with an ensuite bathroom combining modern fixtures with stone walls. A King-size bed with temperpedic mattress, reading lamps, desk and a large private full width balcony with loungers, barbeque and dining table for two make this room the ideal spot to relax with the a glass of wine to admire the view. On this same level there is a very small bedroom with bunk beds for children, which is especially convenient for parents who want their young children to sleep nearby but in a separate space from the master bedroom. One floor down, the old merchants store room now is the second large bedroom, again with stone walls, ancient beamed ceiling and a river view. This room also has a king size bed. An ensuite bathroom, and a full laundry room with washer and dryer complete this floor. Because neither bedrooms are in the attic, and the thick stone walls offer a cooling insulator against the hot Dordogne summers, we sleep comfortably cool all summer long, many times with a duvet cover. Another floor down brings you to a flagstoned terrace with a grape and wisteria arbor for a shaded sitting area and a few steps down, the stunning swimming pool area - with panoramic views and full access to the sun. Wonderful views of the river from both terraces and views of the Chateaux of Fayrac, Castelnaud, Lacosse and Marqueyssac. Eat, drink and be merry. Mont Joie is truly a destination in itself. Tucked away on the sleepy hillside of Castiglion Fiorentino and where guests can make this their "home from home" - The property welcomed its first guests in May 2016, - The villa is set within an olive grove where the visible ruins of an ancient defence castle of Castiglion Fiorentino can be explored and enjoyed. Adjacent to the larger villa is a (deconsecrated) church from the 12th century which has also being restored. The Villa and its annex provide three bedrooms, three bathrooms, modern kitchens, 2 sitting rooms, a vast terrace with some of the loveliest views of the valley and the town of Castiglion along with the private Infinity Edge pool - strategically situated to enjoy the fabulous views. It is about 3 km from the town, where there are many restaurants, bars and shops and, there is also small shop,bar and restaurant just across the valley if you did not want to travel into the town, Much like the other villas here, this is also a good location - an excellent base to explore Tuscany its many hill towns, festivals, wineries and countryside including easy easy day trips to Cortona, Pienza, Montepulciano, Siena etc - Florence is also easy by either car (1 hour) or by train from our local station. This is one of our first reviews from May 2016. A first review says: “The houses are surrounded by a beautiful old olive grove. There are two terraces overlooking the valley and a very nice infinity swimming pool. The view is breathtaking. I have been in this valley before but the view here beats everything. There is a small terrace in the back to catch the early morning sun. The large (Giant) terraces in the front catch the sun from 10 am to sunset. For people like me who love to read in the shade : plenty of shade available under the surrounding trees. The olive groves around the houses are actually grassy meadows, ideal for children's play. In the woods on top of the hill behind the house lie the remains of a 13 th century castle. You have to drive up a drivable access road from the valley floor to reach this house. The next and only other house is 100 m down. The road continues up the hill for another 1.6 km, winding through beautiful olive groves and forests, offering breathtaking views. Then then for easy hiking, road changes into a hiking trail that joins the hiking trail that circumvent the valley. We were the first occupants in a newly developed property. We were two couples and stayed a week in May 2016. The property consist of two houses. The smaller one , just a few meters away, has one bedroom, with a king size bed, bathroom and a living space with kitchen. The interior design offers very good functionality and it is very good equipped. The house offers very good isolation from the outside temperature and it is full air-conditioned. The exterior design offers a beautiful garden and vegetable plot, garden furniture, shower, grill equipment and a small but lovely above earth pool. Although the house isn't situated in front of the sea, its location is very competitive, because it combines simultaneously easy access to the beach and to the grocery and to the public bus service. Our free transfer from and to the airport or the city center at the day of check in and check out offers a benefit for the quests. The alarm system offers a safe stay for the quests. We offer, free of charge, bicycles for use of all our visitors. My wife and I are available during the renting period. We visit the house every two or three days, in order to clean the pool and to take care of the garden. The location of house offers an easy access to the nearest beach by bicycle, cycling on a flat area. (about 15 min for 2.2Km). Marathon beach is about 12km long, mostly sandy and deepens smoothly. In this way, it is ideal and safe for children. The sea water is clean and enjoyable, especially in the morning. Swimming at the beach is free of charge. Nevertheless, you can find beach bars, which offer sun lounges and umbrellas, pricing the refreshments or beverages you order. At the east side of the coast, about 10 km far from the house, located the beach named Schinias. This beautiful beach offers a combination between sea and pine forest. There is a great offer of water sports too. At the south side of the coast located the beach of Nea Makri. This beach is very beautiful conformed to palm tree garden. Here, you can find many cafés, restaurants, taverns and music bars. Remarkable is the easy access to the public bus service. The bus stop is about 400 m away from the house. There is a daily bus service to Athens city center and return, every hour, from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm. Of course in Athens offers many famous places to visit and a lot of walk in order to feel the life of this city. If you have more time and a car, it is very interesting to visit the Temple of Poseidon in Sounion (Attica region), the ancient area of Delphi, the Rocks of Meteora or you can the ferry from Rafina Port to Andros Island and the ferry from Agia Marina Port to south Evia Island.
