This gorgeous, second floor, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom oceanfront condo was completely renovated in September 2019. There was no stone unturned. The reno included the travertine throughout as well as a Jacuzzi soaker tub with brand new kitchen and furnishings. This is the only one bedroom in the complex with a tub, full sized washer - dryer as well as a kitchen sink that faces the ocean. It is 975 square feet and is located in the expansive 5-star resort of Las Mananitas in the Ocean front town of San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico. (Rated #1 by Trip Advisor). The spacious one bedroom can be set up as twin beds or a king with the use of a professional bed doubler so that the bed appears in all manner to be a king. There is a queen sized sofabed in the livingroom as well to accommodate guests or family. 500 thread count sheets and 100% egyptian cotton towels complete the perfection of the space with high quality mattresses. There is a 65 inch TV in the living room as well as a bose sound bar and a 55 inch TV in the bedroom. Both TV's have a DVD player and are smart with internet access so that netflix is available as well a great DVD selection. Las Mananitas is equipped with a purification system, but this condo has the added feature of a U.V. Water purification system providing purified water to the kitchen sink and to fridge for fresh ice. For your comfort, this unit is a Non-Smoking condo located on the second floor with an elevator. Want to take that cold drink to the beach. Grab the beach towels, boogie boards , cooler and beach chairs that are waiting for you in the condo. Or maybe a cold drink at the pool. Well, head out the patio doors 15 steps to the first of 4 pools and 3 hot tubs. Plus, ice machine and small fridge are pool side at 3 of the 4 pools. The 3 main pools are set up with hot tubs with swim up bars , fridges, ice makers and equipped with BBQ grills, tables and chairs and poolside bathrooms close to all the fun.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. One day cancellation fee 60 days or greater prior to arrival. No refund within 60 days of arrival. 120 Days cancellation required for bookings of one month or longer.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.
