This is your perfect holiday location. The Pool and House are completely private and are not shared with anyone. The house is located in a peaceful and quiet rural Spanish village. The majority of the properties in the village belong to working families, and so is not suitable for late night activity after 11pm or parties. The Villa features : 4 Large Private Bedrooms. With the ability to sleep 8 – each room features its own en suite bathroom, dressing room, with workspace available for those who need to stay connected. Typical configuration 2 double and 2 twin rooms. Large Pool - The centre piece of this Roman Style Villa is a large private pool. Relax in the sun or shade under the colonnade. Access to the pool can be restricted preventing small children using it unattended. 3 Dining Areas - Our Sun Terrace has ample seating for large groups and a built in barbecue. If you prefer things a bit cooler, then our large Moroccan dining area is permanently in the shade. Sun Terrace - Enjoy sun all day on our 15 meter long roof terrace. A place to lounge and relax with family and friends. Featuring a large purpose built barbecue, dining area, sunbathing area and a covered seating area for those who don’t like things too hot ! Super Fast Fibre Optic WiFi - If you need to stay connected to the office or simply want to download your favourite movies. Our unlimited super fast fibre optic WiFi will keep all the family happy and connected. There are some amazing cities, towns and villages to visit in Andalucía. Many are a relatively short drive from the beautiful holiday home of Casa Uno. There really is something for everyone, so do your research before you visit. We are situated in the middle of the Golden Triangle of Seville, Cordoba and Granada. We even have our own Game of Thrones Castle (Highgarden) only 25 minutes away, which is a great day out.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 61 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 61 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit is required.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 09:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm. Check-in is not possible after 9 pm. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key.
