    The house is situated at the bottom of Sunburst Drive with 2 parking spaces. The parking is kept clear by Sun Peaks Property Services, as are the stairs down to the suite, which has its own entrance. We are usually present over the winter season, but if we are not around, Property Services can provide help. A short walk up the road (300m) will put you on Connector and access to resort's main ski lifts. If this is too much for the kids, a short drive will put you at one of the main car parks. You can return to within 50m of the house getting to Connector via Blazer, Runaway or Tighten Yer Boots. The suite is SE facing with big windows, high ceilings and receives sun for the majority of the day. The door in the living room provides access to a large flat backyard - great snowman and igloo territory. We occasionally see deer in the backyard. The kitchen has a full sized stove, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. We provide everything you need to cater for your family. There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, mirror and wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a whister bunk (double, single), single bed, nightstand, dresser, mirror and wardrobe. There is a queen hide abed in the living area for maximum flexibility with sleeping arrangements. Although we max out with 6 renters, there are beds and bedding for 8. The bathroom has a combination shower/tub, vanity, dedicated hot water and a plentiful supply of towels. The hot tub is by the door to the apartment. Hot tub is listed as shared with one other property which is the owners. There are some flip flops and beach towels for your use. The living room allows you to kick back and relax whilst can watch the kids play in the ample backyard. The suite has everything you need to relax at home and is convenient for the village if you wish to venture out. This is a fabulous family location Summer and Winter.

    Our chalet is located on Snowpines Rd, in Snow Pines Estate, Big White. The chalet has 7 bedrooms across two suites, both which enjoy magnificent views of the Monashees mountain range. Family reunions or several families will enjoy the flexibility and size of our setup (No party groups please people). Access between the suites is by an external, covered staircase. Both suites are an open concept kitchen/dining/living design. The property was recently renovated including kitchens and bathrooms. Suite A: Suite A is spread across 1700 sqft and features four bedrooms each with a queen bed (1 down, three upstairs) and a full bathroom on each level. You enter the suite via a boot room and then on into our kitchen. In the living room there are built in sofas that double as two single beds with the bedding stored beneath. On the balcony there is a 6 person hot tub (only during the winter ski season) and BBQ. There is a full laundry, with room for extra groceries or bags plus a work bench if you need to tune your equipment. Suite B: Suite B is a three bedroom 1100 sqft suite. You enter the suite through the tiled boot room. The open kitchen, dining, living area has large windows to enjoy the view of the Monashees. There is a 42" HD TV with movies on demand plus wifi. Each bedroom has a queen bed with a single upper bunk. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Location: With ski-in ski-out accessibility, it's easy to get out there on time for that champagne powder that this beautiful mountain is known for, and be back to enjoy your après ski. Ski out 450m down Snowpines road to the ski trail leading to Ridge Rocket, Snowghost or the Plaza Chairs. The Ridge Day lodge also located by the lifts has a ticket office. The ski-in is very close to our chalet, 85m for advanced skiers to enter directly from the rear of the property and you won't need to take your skis off until you get to the door. Beginner skiers can take the easier path along the road reaching the front of our property in 200m.

Right by restaurants, the skating rink, tubing park, ice tower and Free Gondola to the village, you can also enjoy the Saturday night fireworks before sipping a glass of wine relaxing in your hot tub. For cross country skiing, it couldn't be easier to access the miles of track at Black Jack Ski Club. Take advantage of Black Jack’s groomed trails just a few glides away. “It is really a peaceful beautiful spot; picture perfect”. In the summer enjoy wildflowers, birds and wildlife viewing. This is a bright two bedroom cabin that sleeps 4 people. There’s a queen bedroom with dresser and bunk beds in the second bedroom. There a full 4pc bathroom, deep tub and a towel rack that heats your towels. Included is washer, dryer and boot warmer. Prepare full meals on the deluxe gas BBQ grill, toaster-oven, dutch oven, crock pot and microwave, waffle maker, stove elements (there’s no traditional stove). Bring some DVDs or start a new book. There’s high speed wireless too and cell service is loud and clear. The guest cabin is located nearby to Red Mountain Resort. You can walk to the base area (about 800m or 15 minutes) or drive (less than 1km or about 3 minutes). And just a few minutes drive to downtown Rossland. Head the other direction about 20 minutes drive to swim or paddle at Nancy Greene Lake. The lake has a great beach, swimming, rope swing, and a path that goes all the way around the lake. Also enjoy snowshoeing and cross country skiing at Nancy Greene Lake. This a modern cabin built in 2006 and features high quality finishing and craftsmanship inside and out: finished concrete floors, gorgeous cabinetry, quality fixtures. It’s situated on rural 5 acres and shares driveway, ski wax room & bike tuning room with the owners. Your hosts with their 4 children and dog live in the home next door. . View the base of the Ridge Rocket chair from the window to time your ski out with the shortest line-ups. We are also a stones throw to the Snow Ghost and Plaza chair lifts. Summer is also a great time to check out the hill with mountain biking and hiking trails open and in full swing this year. The fully equipped kitchen contains all the amenities needed for your chef to prepare some great meals. The kitchen is open to the living area where you can cozy up with a drink near the fireplace which quickly warms the space. The younger ones can enjoy the separate den area complete with a TV, games and movies. Enough room here for families to really spread out and relax, or all gather together in the living area to spend some quality time. A shared hot tub is only steps from the front door, or find one of the other four hot tubs tucked around the building for you to use.
