Three Stippy Stappy is the perfect setting to unwind and watch the world go by whilst making memories to last a life time The Space This gorgeous cottage has been lovingly restored, complete with slate floors, modern kitchen and bathroom and a cosy wood burner to snuggle up next to on a cold winters day. The Living Room. This cosy living space is the perfect place to sit back and relax by the fire after a windswept coastal walk on a winters day. Hunker down with a blanket and a mug of Hot Chocolate and settle in for a board game or simply a good book. Alternatively seek a little shade within the traditional thick Cornish stone walls after a hot summers day on the beach and watch the world pass by on the window seat with a glass of something chilled. Equipped with wooden floors, a farmhouse table and a squishy sofa, you should be more than comfortable, for a movie night on the Smart LG TV or simply a night of music using the Amazon Echo. The Kitchen. The modern 'Shaker' kitchen complete with Belfast sink and well equipped for all your culinary needs with Neff oven, microwave and induction hobs, fridge/freezer and wine fridge to ensure your evening beverage is always kept at just the right temperature. There is also a washer/dryer and dishwasher too for your convenience. Ensure you take a trip to the fabulous butchers, traditional greengrocers in the village to buy super fresh goodies and pop to the bakery just a few doors up for a mouth watering traditional pasty. Outdoors. The front of the cottage boasts the most spectacular wisteria and if you visit during springtime you will get to experience a little of the 'wisteria hysteria' as you are sure to have passers by stop to admire it. To the rear of the property there is a paved patio and sun deck complete with dining set perfect for catching the afternoon rays amongst the heady scent of lavender before dining alfresco on the decking with an evening sundowner while something delicious sizzles on the BBQ. Bedrooms. Upstairs you will find luxurious King and Double bedrooms with crisp white linen and sumptuous feather duvets and pillows adorning the beds, perfect for a good nights sleep. There is also plenty of wardrobe and storage space to keep your luggage (or your purchases from the local shops) and a quirky bunk room perfect for children to hunker down in. You will find a contemporary bathroom with spacious shower to rinse off the salt from a day at the beach and airing cupboard to keep towels toastie warm on those chilly winter days. Parking Although there is no parking space allocated to the property, there are four spaces available on Town Hill road which runs parallel with Stippy Stappy and are about 50 metres from the house. You should have no problem pulling in and dropping your luggage here if these have been taken, there are then plenty of free parking spaces all over the village and you should have no problem finding a space. British Rd and Trevaunance Rd are good examples of places to park.

    The cottage has recently been fully refurbished to a high standard, and is located on the North East Wales/Cheshire/Shropshire borders. Perfect for families or two couples to explore the beautiful surrounding areas. Ideal rural location for walkers, bikers or horse riders, great shopping locally in Whitchurch, Chester, Shrewsbury, Cheshire Oaks, close to Iscoyd Park and Combermere Abbey two local wedding venues, Bangor on Dee races 5 miles away, Pontycyllte Aqueduct a World Heritage Site, three excellent golf courses locally Hill Valley, Langollen and Hawkston Park all within 20 minutes drive. The cottage is a self-contained holiday cottage, fully equipped, offering all mod cons plus comfort and luxury for our guests. Dogs are welcome. On arrival at the cottage you will enter through the front door into the well equipped kitchen on the left. The appliances offered are fridge plus separate freezer, oven and induction hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, granite worktops, Belfast sink and all cooking equipment to bake a cake or cook a roast dinner. The dining room on the right seats 4 guests and has a French door leading out onto the terrace overlooking the walled garden. The dining room leads into the spacious lounge on the ground floor, all open plan, feels very light and airy. The lounge has a fire place with log burner as a focal point, staircase leading to first floor, plus French doors out onto the terrace overlooking the walled garden. The staircase leads from the lounge to first floor. Right is a twin bed room with En suite bathroom (slipper bath with combination shower attachment), toilet and sink. On the left is the master bedroom with En suite bathroom, (double ended bath, separate shower, vanity unit housing sink, and toilet) The cottage sleeps 4 comfortably, plus there is a camp bed and cot available on request. The decor is traditional with a modern twist, offering carefully chosen soft furnishings throughout, very tastefully designed with accessories to compliment. We have stabling and turn out so why not bring your own horses to enjoy our quiet lanes and bridle paths or maybe your bikes. Safe parking outside cottage
