Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1500 CAD is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Big White Vacation Home
"Ahhhh"....that's the sound a seal makes when she is very content. I was making that sound a lot in this warm, cozy chalet. It starts the moment you arrive: There's a secure, covered parking garage with room for two cars! Inside, everything is geared toward making your vacation easy and comfortable. For starters, you can literally ski out (and back in again) from your deck!! Really! The chalet overlooks the Hummingbird run for super amazing in/out access. There's a large, sparkling clean hot tub. Three full bathrooms and three bedrooms all separated from each other so the kids can make a ruckus and you don't have to hear them. (Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds, which is especially welcome if your party has more adults than kids.) Oh, and all the beds have super cozy flannel sheets.

Seals are very social creatures, so I was thrilled to have a few friends join me for some apr├Ęs ski festivities. I can tell you from first-hand (or rather first-flipper!) experience, that this chalet was built for entertaining. The dining room table can seat 10 with 4 more at the breakfast bar. And it's remarkably sound proof.

Within minutes I can flipper my way to the center of Big White Village for some groceries or a drink at Snow Shoe Sam's. I loved the fact that I could float around the hot tub and watch all the skiers/boarders boogying down the runs infront of me. Now that's great entertainment value. I truly enjoyed staying in this unit and dealing with this very accommodating and reliable owner. The location and quality of this unit for the price offered, provides great value for any family or group of friends.

The complex is directly beside the 'Hummingbird' ski run so it is truly a ski in/out location. The view from the hot tub is of the Monashee Mountains and guests can watch the skiers/boarders on the Nintendo Park. 2 gas fireplaces, 3 baths, sleeps 9, 3 42" plasma TVs with Hi-def signal, Hi speed wireless Internet, gourmet kitchen, 2 underground parking spots, private laundry, 1800 sq ft plus 2 decks, great views... and much more...

Very cozy, feels like home, nice decor throughout.
