Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products. We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 15 days of departure.
Up to $1000 fee will be charged to guest's credit card in case of damage or loss. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants' behavior while in the property or on common premises.

A lovely roomy place to stay with family. Really enjoyed the space. One suggestion was to have bed side lamps in the queen room upstairs. It was suggested the separate garage might be inconvenient but I kind of liked having all the equipment out of the "house"!

Our accommodations were excellent as was the location for ski-in ski-out. There was room for our whole family of 10. We had an issue with the hide-a bed mattress which was somewhat addressed with a blow up bed - not the most comfortable but assume that matter would be now solved.
Our snow was fabulous with 60 new cm in the 6 days we skied. All round great vacation.

This unit has a spectacular unobstructed view of Monashee Mountains from the Living Room, Master Bedroom and both decks. Enjoy the warmth and coziness of our two fireplaces. There is plenty of parking with a private two car garage and extra parking in front of garage. Private hot tub provides one of the best views on the mountain.
