Thanks for such a wonderful place for our family reunion ski week. We all had a great time and it suited our needs to a tee. Once we figure out our dates for next year, we will probably be booking it again for 2013.

I hope that you will welcome some feedback in order that your place can be truly the 5 star luxurious accommodation that you aim for:
It would be ideal to have an up to date phone book. Also, if the phone in the unit was live for local calls, we would have been able to call up to the unit.
There was a light bulb burnt out over the kitchen counter with no replacement bulb for that floodlight.
It would be good to have hot tub towels in order to keep the bath towels dry for showering.
A potatoe peeler would be very handy in the kitchen.
Small plastic tubs with lids would be good for leftover food storage.
There are only 2 wine glasses.
Just a couple of cleaning details: there was dust, also the inside of every window had many handprints from previous guests and I assume that windows had not been cleaned for quite a while. Very obvious in the sunlight.
There seemed to be flannelette sheets for each bed except the two twin beds upstairs.

This is prime location as far as ski-in/ski-out. You strap on your skis and cross a short parking lot to Hummingbird, which leads to Plaza, Snow Ghost and Ridge Rocket chairs. It's nice that this unit is in the middle and not on the corner where people on the lift could look right at you. The master is quite spacious, plenty of room for a pack-n-play for a baby. The other rooms are a decent size. There is a hide-a-bed couch for extra sleeping quarters in a lounge area that is right next to the hot tub door. LOTS of sunlight during the day in through front windows. It's a really nice feature to have a separate garage space for the ski gear which they have. Unfortunately, due to the north facing locks, they can get iced up which makes them temperamental at times. We had to get a locksmith one of the days to de-ice the lock, which resulted in some missed time on the slopes. Well-stocked kitchen, although a few of the utensils are a bit old and rusty. The house maintenance people were very responsive to our needs. In all, a nice place.
