Great brief summer rental
Awesome experience for a summer rental. I took my daughter and her friend to NH for several rock climbing lessons. The rental was well equipped, clean, in excellent condition, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this property! Internet was fabulous as well.

Great location.
The place worked for our stay. Everything you needed was there except that there was no hairdryer which presented a problem. The unit was nicer than the pictures but the upstairs was a little dusty. I understand check out times are firm and we were out promptly at 10am but the constant reminders were obnoxious. Also, in all the reminders it indicated “charges will apply”. It did not indicate what the charges are. My son and I discussed, so if you’re out 5 minutes late, what is the charge? This was only a topic of conversation because of the constant reminders over a 4-day stay. This unit also had cable TV, Netflix and On Demand. Other places don’t offer cable and I found it was nice to not just be limited to streaming. They have a 24 hour number if you have a problem after 5pm which was also another thing that made it better than trying to reach an owner. I would recommend this place and despite a couple annoyances I would stay here again.

Great Getaway

Lincoln Condo
We had a wonderful family vacation at Forest Ridge this year. We have stayed in N. Woodstock for over 15 years, but decided to try a different condo complex this year for our family vacation. Forest Ridge Condo fit the bill and more!

Lincoln New Hampshire Condo Rental
My family and I had a wonderful time again staying in a beautiful condo at Forest Ridge. The condo is clean, bright, beautifully kept and offers so much for our family. We have been coming to this area for more than 20 years, and have been very happy for the past 2 years with our rental in Forest Ridge.

Awesome place! Great location!!
We had a great stay in this unit. Very clean, spacious rooms. The location was perfect for a ski trip to Loon! So close. The neighborhood was great and the pool and fitness center were perfect for our needs. The unit was well equipped with kitchen tools, etc. A hairdryer would be a nice addition for guests to use. I would recommend this place and stay here again with my family.

Mountain Getaway
Wonderful getaway for hiking and kayaking. The townhouse was clean, spacious and quiet. The back deck overlooked some woods and was a perfect spot for reading a book or a morning cup of coffee. The pool had some major restrictions but it wasn’t too much trouble considering they were for my benefit and others due to Covid. Would definitely stay here again!

Long Weekend Ski Trip
Great rental property with all the modern amenities. Perfect for two families with a couple kids to share. Close to the pool/workout facilities and just short drive to the ski mountain. We would definitely stay in the property again!

Forest Ridge
Our family has headed to Loon every MLK weekend for the past 8 years. This unit at Forest Ridge was by far the best rental we have had. The unit was spacious enough for three couples and spotless. Even looks better the the website shows. We like to park at South Peak so the location could have only been better if it were on the mountain. Overall, I would rate both the unit and Loon Reservation as excellent and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay close to Loon. Hope to do it again next year.

Very Comfortable
The condo is in a quiet location. We found it to be clean and neat and up to date with all modern conveniences. All the systems and appliances work well: A/C, TV, WIFI, fridge, freezer, stove, etc. There is a nice semi-private back deck with patio furniture. The beds and other furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen is well-appointed. We would rent that unit again.

GREAT condo for a ski weekend up north!
I stayed at Forest Ridge condos with 7 friends and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, spacious and just a short 5 minute drive to Loon Mountain. Plenty of stores and restaurants down the road. Very easy check-in and check-out process.

Fantastic stay, all around!
I planned a NH ski getaway for my boyfriend's 50th birthday. I found the condo at Forest Ridge on VBRO and we were wildly pleased with the location as well as the condo itself. Beautifully furnished and appointed, convenient/quick drive to Lincoln, Loon and Woodstock. Spacious and open and lots of room.<br/>The folks at Loon Reservation Service went above and beyond to help me surprise him with balloons, prosecco and a birthday cake- all waiting for us in the condo upon arrival.<br/>Highly recommend!

Forest Ridge Townhouse Rental
Other than the fridgid temperatures, we enjoyed our stay at Forest Ridge. The location is great. It is so convenient to the mountain and to the downtown. Our only complaint, and this is probably the rental service and not the owner, the hand soap and dish soap were so tiny that we had to go out and purchase soaps, napkins and paper towels. I know this doesn't sound like a major deal but in a 3 bedroom townhouse but with 6 adults and one infant and the rental fees that you pay one would think that we could at least ben provided with the necessary amenities. Two tiny hand soaps, really?, just not reasonable!

Couldn't have asked for more!
This rental property was absolutely fabulous. The condo was pristine and fully stocked with everything one might need. We were a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids under the age of 5) and we all had plenty of room. The check in and check out process could not have been easier. We will most definitely stay here again!

Nice, Comfortable NH Summer Getaway

The unit was not well stock with towels and toilet paper. In the past this was never an issue. There was no kleenex, in past years there was at least one box. There was no hot water and the toilet continued to have issues.
We have stayed in this unit for many years and have always been happy. I am not sure if we will use it next year.

Felt like home away from home
Great location and nice new unit. I only gave 4 stars because one of showers wouldn't drain and the door to that same bathroom wouldn't close. The shower issue should have been noticed by cleaning crew. Beds were really comfy. We were travelling as a group of 6 family members and we all felt we had enough space. The indoor pool was nice. The new outdoor pool wasn't ready yet, but looked like a great space. Our only regret is that we only stayed 2 nights!! We will definitely be back.

Great Weekend
We had a great stay during Columbus Day weekend. The town house was very comfortable and has a great deck overlooking the woods with some mountain views. The only complaint we had was that the pool closed too early on Sunday given that it was a holiday weekend.

Spacious, Spotless and Serene
Nestled in the woods, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, this condo was the perfect lodging for my family of five. Truly, there was not a speck of dirt to be found. Three large bedrooms and two full baths on the top floor and a large kitchen and living room on the main floor. Step out on the deck and you face the woods. Very quiet complex. The pool and workout room are just down the road. So convenient from I-93 and all the area's attractions. Simply Perfect!

Home Away from Home
We have been coming to The Highland Games for over 18 years now. We progressed from a time share (got out of that) to Forest Ridge. Forest Ridge, by far, is the most outstanding vacation rental we have had. We have come back to this home the past few years as it suits our grown family. The amenities are perfect, and the home is spotless. It is a quiet area, which we like and it is our "home away from home" Our entire family looks forward to this peaceful getaway from the moment we leave till the next year comes. The home is always in perfect condition, and all the staff are so helpful. We feel as if they too, are family now. We will be calling on 12/15/13 to book for next year. Hopefully we can get this home again. Until then, have a great year, till we meet again. The Killary Family. Rated the top 10 in our book. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The shower issue should have been noticed by cleaning crew. Beds were really comfy. We were travelling as a group of 6 family members and we all felt we had enough space. The indoor pool was nice. The new outdoor pool wasn't ready yet, but looked like a great space. Our only regret is that we only stayed 2 nights!! We will definitely be back.

We brought our children and grand children for the Highland Games. The condo was large, airy, so comfortable. Everything we needed and more. Can't wait till next year!
