Clean, spacious, comfortable Easy check-in process, property just as described...maybe better! There was a lot of space for all of us to spread out and have time together, or separate. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and well stocked. The kids loved the pool, too. We would definitely stay here again!

Another lovely stay We had a great week in unit RU113. Clean, well stocked and in good repair. If there was any improvement, I would recommend an airconditioner for the lower level, as the dehumidifier really warms the space when the weather is over 80 degrees outside.

Perfect place for families! One of the best places we have stayed at! Plenty of room for the adults and kids to spread out. The unit was clean and well maintained. The ACs upstairs and in the living room kept the unit comfortable to sleep in especially during a few hot days. It is in a great location - one of the pools and a natural swimming hole was just a short walk even for young kids. It was a quick drive to the downtown area - it is walkable, but you have to use the main road. Also, less than an hour drive to Story Land and tubing on the Saco River. Whale's Tale waterpark is just ten minutes away. We called the owner/manager a few times with questions and they were always very helpful and friendly. This property is great for families and would highly recommend it for those looking to explore the area.

A hiking tradition 18 of the past 40+ years of hiking in the White Mountains have been in a river front condo. It feels like a second home to us.

Lovely LARGE townhouse Our multi generation family just spent 8 days in this unit. Well equipped, comfortable home. A few very small issues - couch has some serious low spots. We made a joke of helping each other off it. A bit more attention could be paid to the cleaning: cobwebs and dust were thick on more than one surface. It took us all week to locate the potholders! Recommend they find a way to keep the dehumidifier running more of the time as the basement gets a musty smell that improves the longer you use it. It was so nice to have the ping pong table, the kids loved it. The location is beautiful, but wish a pool were a little closer (not too bad, we found a walking path through the woods). Beds were comfortable. Space appreciated with so many family members. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

Rainy, humid days in New Hampshire The location was very good. We only got three chances to use a pool and two mornings to do outdoor activities. The townhouse was adequate for 9 of us, however it was very hot and humid. We would not recommend this property specifically for two reasons: Only the two upstairs bedrooms were air-conditioned. Also the sectional couch was very uncomfortable. And we found a mole in the basement! Very hot and humid in 2 bottom floors. Not a comfortable vacation. The sofa was replaced today, and the homeowners will be installing at least one more air conditioner for next summer.

Peaceful Family Vacation This condo was beautifully decorated, meticulously clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation. The kitchen is well stocked and carefully thought out and even included a Keurig for our morning coffee. There is a large dining area that can fit everyone at the table as well as counter stools for additional seating. The TV area is very comfortable and seats a large family for movies and relaxation after a day of vacation fun. There are soooo many beds! This house has enough beds for any configuration of family(families)! With the 3 full baths, no one had to wait in line for a bathroom and every family member was happy. One of my favorite and most memorable parts of this condo is the outdoor deck area. When you open the sliding glass door and step onto the deck, you have a beautiful and peaceful woodland view and you hear the soft, soothing sound of the Pemi River in the distance. I would highly recommend this condo to any family who would like to escape the hectic pace of weekday life and find a peaceful retreat that is minutes away from hiking, biking, swimming, or great dining. another lovely week Thank you for allowing us to use your home again this summer. Everything was in good repair and clean. Again, dusting some of the shelves, etc could have been better done, but the baths, kitchen were spotless. Plenty of space, quiet location and close to all the area activities. Thanks for the new couch! So much more comfortable!

Comfortable stay in a great complex for warm weather visits The condo itself was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The only problem we had with the unit itself is that the drier was quite ineffective; we ended up air drying to get residual dampness out. The complex has two pools (the heated one is the one at the other end of the complex, which we chose to drive to), plenty of tennis courts and access to a clear river with a lovely swimming hole and plenty of big boulders and rock faces to climb/lounge on. We spent a lot of time enjoying the river. We'd definitely stay here again.

CHRISTMAS STAY AND SKI We stayed at this unit over the Christmas break, It was clean well located and had great upgrades. The Wi-Fi was a nice addition for always busy people and the kids. The flat screen TV's with Hi-def are always nice. The owners have made this place feel like home and we wanted for very little and plenty of hot water even with 3.5 baths was great in a large home. Great home at a fair price. LOON Reservation service is always top notch, we have rented from them about 8 times now and have never been disappointed.

Great Family Vacation! Overall, the property, furnishings, and staff were absolutely great. The only complaint would be that the lower level (two bedrooms, game room and bath) smelled a bit moldy. Would also suggest clearer instructions for using air conditioners/heat sources. The location and access to area attractions was very convenient. We'll definitely be back!!!

a relaxing weekend! We very much enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Very good location too, very close to the pool and restaurants. Both bedrooms upstairs have their own bathroom which we loved. The downstairs area has a ping-pong table which was fun! The kitchen is equipped extremely well. Lots of dishes and pots and pans!!! It has anything and everything you could possible need. We would definitely stay again.

We'll Definitely Return! This was our first stay at Riverfront. We were thrilled with Unit 113. It was an end unit, which was great. The condo was immaculate! We had several adults and 4 very young children. The condo is spacious, kid-friendly, fully equipped for meals, sleeping, showers, etc. There's a washer and dryer in the unit. There are 2 big pools in the complex---ours was very clean and a very short walk from the condo. Below the pool is the Pemigawassett River, a neat place with large rocks for climbing and sitting, a,distance the moving River. Great refreshing swim---the kids loved it! Lincoln is an ideal location---it has a small village with restaurants, wine and beer stores, shops, cafes, and fast food joints (even a Dunkin Donuts!). We walked each morning to the store. Woodstock is a neat town around the corner--an easy drive. You're minutes from Loon Mountain, and about an hour across the Kancamagus highway to Story Land and other attractions along the way. Traffic is manageable---not bumper to bumper, and the mountain views are spectacular. A particular favorite was Diana's Bath, near Storyland. It is woodsy, and has a waterfall! Great place to picnic, bask, and climb rocks! All in all, this was a great find. The folks at the Loon Reservation place were very helpful---we felt clear on instructions and details, and well supported as we drove to NH. We will definitely return, and bring more family to enjoy our Loon vacation!!

Great Option for Our Group of 7 Adults We had plans to take the Cog Railway up Mt Washington. 7 Adults from 4 households. The ski lodge was nicer than using 4 rooms at a hotel. Lots of common areas for hanging out. Place was clean, well-equipped. Easy to work with Loon Reservation. Beautiful river behind the property.

Great Family Venue This home was perfect for my wife and me, along with two of our married "children" and four grandchildren. The only drawback was that the two outdoor pools were in another complex and gaining access to the pools was not easy.

Riverfront U113 We have stayed in a few condos the past few years and have always booked through Loon Reservation Service. The staff there is great. We've liked all the condos but we all agreed this condo was the best. Nice furnishings and very well equipped.

Lincoln Accommodations

4 bedroom 3.5 bath spacious townhouse. Master and 2nd bedrooms each have a queen bed and AIR CONDITIONING.3rd bedroom on lower level has a queen and 4th has 2 twins. Shared den with ping-pong table and pyramid bunk bed set. W/D.. This three level townhouse is so complete you might think you were at home. Relax in front of the wood burning fireplace or flat screen HDTV, Blueray DVD, and Google Chromecast in the living area or play a friendly game of ping pong in the den. Also located in the den is a set of pyramid bunk beds.

The master and second Bedrooms, located on the upper most floor, each have a queen size bed and private bath. On the lowest level the third Bedroom with its queen size bed and the fourth bedroom with two twin beds share a bath.

During the summer season make sure to take a dip in the near-by old fashion river swimming hole or spend time at one of the two outdoor pools. Tennis courts are also available during the summer months.

Pools and courts may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to pool/court rules.
