LOCATION!!!!
Excellent location across the street from Loon Mountain. Easy parking and access to pools, hot tub, gym, and pool tables. Very clean! Could use a few area rugs and better quality furniture but overall very nice and served the purpose.

Disappointed
We were sadly surprised at our experience here. The roof had a steady leak, the couch smelled like animal urine and the main bedroom/bath in the lower level was not clean (I have pics of dust and hairs all over the bed). We were honestly very surprised at not just the condition, which left us unable to use part of the property, but also the response of the property owner, who reimbursed us $100 out of the $1335 (!) we paid for just three nights. Some of us really liked the layout and decor - if it had been cleaner, not leaking and/or the property owner had taken our very poor experience more seriously (showing it was a fluke) it would be a good place. But this was not at all the case. I will add that the rental company also reimbursed us a $50 cleaning fee (on account of the place not being clean!).

We were sad to hear that it wasn't all that you had hoped it would be, after we stayed late to make sure you were able to get in. As a past guest, you know that we are available 24/7 to assist and would have been happy to touch up the cleaning as soon as you discovered any issues. On checkout, you emailed us "We wanted to let you know that yesterday evening as were watching a movie the roof started leaking on us. A steady drip so we left a baking pan there to protect the couch." The baking pan made it sound like it was not a flood, but we immediately got in touch with the homeowner, so it could be investigated and repaired. We inspected the unit after your departure and could not find any smell of urine on the sofa, but cleaned it as well, just in case. As you mention, you were credited for cleaning and a portion of your stay, but as we were unable to verify the issues, and none of them were a big enough worry for you to mention while you were there, we felt those were fair.

Loon 2019

Nice stay at Loon
We stayed for two nights in this condo. It was very clean, had parking for two cars, had lots of amenities such as box fans, extra blankets, kitchen supplies etc. and was a really cute condo. We enjoyed our visit.

Great views and space for everyone
We spent a weekend here with our family of 5 and golden doodle. We loved the huge deck that looks out to the mountain, the updated kitchen and bath, and the fact that everyone could spread out a bit. The amenities at the clubhouse were excellent too. The kids loved the pools and the playground! This place is super close to the base area of Loon but also just a 5 min drive into town for shopping and food, and close to hiking and biking!

Great condo at Village of Loon
This condo met our family needs. The upstairs loft has two beds and a 1/2 bath, perfect for my kids. They liked having their own space. The dining and kitchen were comfortable, gas fireplace worked great. the oven is a little out of date but worked fine. Great large deck. Downstairs master bedroom was comfortable. I would stay in this condo again.

After a bad start, ended up good
We had rented the condo for a month in the fall and upon arrival to the condo, we were shocked and angry. We had read about the stairs to climb (the picture does not display the total number of stairs)so,that much we endured. What made us angry was the lack of cleanliness in the kitchen and no place to put food we had brought. So, instead of being able to unload our vehicle and put things away, we spent quiet a bit of time cleaning the kitchen area, and rearranging cabinets just so we could store food and items we had brought. We had to rearrange the items in the kitchen cabinets because there was not a shelf available to place can goods or baking goods. Once the anger and shock had subsided, and the rearranging completed, we enjoyed the condo. We had an issue with the upstairs toilet, but maintenance came the next day after being notified and fixed it - very nice and very professional. The view from the condo of Loon was almost picture perfect. If the kitchen cleaning issue is resolved, and there is space to place can goods, etc, I have no problem recommending this property. WiFi works and good tv reception. We enjoyed the gas fire place was used it quite often. Loon Reservation Service was very professional in the manner in which they handled our issues/concerns and very helpful in locating a condo that could be rented for a month.

appartement triplex très bien équipé, très agréable car ensoleillé, calme, sans vis à vis avec vue sur la montagne et les pistes de ski.<br/> Terrasse exposée sud-est très agréable ; chambre en rez de jardin avec salle de bain spacieuse, séjour et cuisine très bien équipés au rez de chaussée surélevé et chambre à l'étage en mezzanine très agréable avec cabinet de toilette. 4th of July in Lincoln
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. This was our second time and it is conveniently located.<br/>I would like to point out two things that should be addressed.<br/>1) the two stove tops work after one figures out that the highest setting of 9 is actually 1 (lowest heat). <br/>2) The closet doors in the bedroom were freshly stained. The odor was very strong, especially when the door to the bedroom was closed. We had to keep the slider open to get the odor out. <br/>

Labor Day weekend at Loon
Very nice stay...condo was very clean and fine for 2-3 people (no more)..Heating unit in main bedroom cycled on and off like a siren..we shut it down and used electric heat. There are a lot of steps (shown in photo). Hard to carry bags. If you can manage the steps, this is a nice place.

Very Disappointed
I arrived at the resort after 6PM on a Monday for a family reunion, spent one full day at the resort trying to find my way around, had to check out at 10AM on Wednesday. I have never been more disappointed. The rules and regulations are ridiculous. The lights were blinking off and on near my bedroom which made it difficult to sleep. To pay $530 for one full day at this resort is absolutely crazy!!! I will never return and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect stay and location for white Mountains trek
Nice condo with Nice Terrace and cozy leaving room. Rooms and beds are confortable. But bathrooms need to be refreshed even if it provides basic needs.

Myhappyplace
This unit was in a beautiful location. It was clean and well maintained. The kitchen looked newly renovated. We were a little disappointed that there were no ceiling fans. It was rather warm and the box fans could only do so much. Also, we weren't really able to enjoy the deck because the screen door was badly in need of repair and too hard to open and close. However, overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Great Little Condo
This is a great location and near many activities. There is a lot for the family to do in the resort as well as nearby. The condo itself is cozy and they did a good job decorating it and all of the appliances are brand new. My only complaint is that there was no air conditioning anywhere in the condo and it made for some really warm nights, especially in the loft bedroom up top. Otherwise, everything was great.

Temporary but good
We stayed at this unit because the unit we usually go to was worked on and our stay at 44W was OK. We've had two issues with this unit. Strong canine smell everywhere and also a strange TV/Cable set up. The rest was OK as a temporary stay.

44W Reservation at the Village of Loon
WE very much enjoyed the stay here. Did not really use the unit that much since we were out exploring alot of the time but we were very satisfied with everything provided and the bed and sofa comfort. Did have a little trouble working the TV but figured it out. Some sort of instruction for that might be nice. Overall, a wonderful experience !! Thanks !!

Loved the condo
We stayed in unit 44W for a week in August. We were a little concerned about the lack of air conditioning. Fortunately we had rather coolish weather and didn’t even need the fans that were in the condo, or the one that we brought. Condo was clean, cozy, and nicely furnished. Our 5 year old granddaughter loved looking down from the loft (“her room”) and calling out to us.

Decent cozy place w full service kitchen and comfy beds. Plenty of plates etc. Cool enough without air. Has fans available there. They need to clean better in and under couches. Also, where does one put the recycles? No place at dumpster. We took them home. Is NH that behind w recycling? Nice pools and hot tub.

small,cramped but clean
After we lugged all our stuff up about 25 steep stairs, we were disappointed to find the unit was very dated with a cramped layout and absolutely no storage space for food or anything else. It was very clean and in good repair but absolutely nothing extra-not even a salt n pepper shaker. Also I assumed it would have laundry in the unit because every other condo we've ever rented did but there was only a laundry room located "somewhere in the main building" we were told. Live and learn--We thought we would try to save a few $$ but we'll definitely go back to Deer Park next time. Its much nicer and more user friendly.

Village of Loon
The Village at Loon was a very comfortable and clean place to stay. However, we were not prepared for the length of the stairway to enter the property. This made it difficult for a member of our party as he has knee damage and we had to plan our returns and leavings. The other problem I experienced what that I had mailed a check prior to the deadline and because of some fluke with the mail it was not received in a timely manner. Therefore I lost out on the 5% discount. When this was brought to the attention of the reservation center there was nothing that they could offer because of this mishap. That part was disappointing as not only did I lose the 5% discount but had to also pay the bank $25 to stop payment on the check. I felt I should have been compensated in some way. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Vacation
Loved the unit - but the couch and loveseat had a bad odor - other than that very clean - internet didnt work - so my son couldnt use his on line gaming - but the staff provided us with a temp. fix for interenet access - but my son was still not able to use his online gaming - loved the unit hated the stairs - the deck was awsome and the views were great - sugguestions - we could have used more thatn one set of towels per person and the village of loon is great but time for the unit owners to consider some updating - we stay a the VOL alot and pay for the location but updating is overdue.

Another good vacation
I have been going to the village of Loon every summer for the past 15 years, and I always enjoy it. This unit was pretty good. The TV in the master bedroom is dated and the WI-FI would unexplicably turn off and turn on, but overall, a very good unit for 4-5 people. Located fairly close to the pools, close enough to walk there

Good and Bad
While the condo itself was good there were 2 things that must be taken care of. First, the lower level master bedroom was so moist that we were unable to use it. The bathroom on the same level and had black mildew under the toilet tank as well as on the outside of the tub. A dehumidifier is a must. I have rented another unit before and it eliminated the moistness in only a couple of hours. Secondly, since we could not use the lower bedroom we had to sleep in the loft. The bed was very uncomfortable. The twin was a bit more comfortable.

We're sorry that you experienced that! We have been working with the homeowner and the homeowners' association to rectify the situation. It seems that with the heavy summer rains, the ground water has risen incredibly and has found a way into the home on those days. A dehumidifier has been place in the home since.

Awesome Stay
The only down part was the pools still looked the same 20 yrs ago. One pool outside was shutdown and at one point they reveal the parking lot making the pools not availabke. Other than that the place was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay!!

I have rented another unit before and it eliminated the moistness in only a couple of hours. Secondly, since we could not use the lower bedroom we had to sleep in the loft. The bed was very uncomfortable. The twin was a bit more comfortable.

Loved the unit - but the couch and loveseat had a bad odor - other than that very clean - internet didnt work - so my son couldnt use his on line gaming - but the staff provided us with a temp. fix for interenet access - but my son was still not able to use his online gaming - loved the unit hated the stairs - the deck was awsome and the views were great - sugguestions - we could have used more thatn one set of towels per person and the village of loon is great but time for the unit owners to consider some updating - we stay a the VOL alot and pay for the location but updating is overdue.

I have been going to the village of Loon every summer for the past 15 years, and I always enjoy it. This unit was pretty good. The TV in the master bedroom is dated and the WI-FI would unexplicably turn off and turn on, but overall, a very good unit for 4-5 people. Located fairly close to the pools, close enough to walk there

The Village at Loon was a very comfortable and clean place to stay. However, we were not prepared for the length of the stairway to enter the property. This made it difficult for a member of our party as he has knee damage and we had to plan our returns and leavings. The other problem I experienced what that I had mailed a check prior to the deadline and because of some fluke with the mail it was not received in a timely manner. Therefore I lost out on the 5% discount. When this was brought to the attention of the reservation center there was nothing that they could offer because of this mishap. That part was disappointing as not only did I lose the 5% discount but had to also pay the bank $25 to stop payment on the check. I felt I should have been compensated in some way. Otherwise everything else was fine.

My family & I love visiting Loon Village! We had stayed a week in August and could not wait to go back so we did this visit. Loon Village is a tradition for our family, it is the one thing we look forward to every year. Thank you for making it such a wonderful experience.

After we lugged all our stuff up about 25 steep stairs, we were disappointed to find the unit was very dated with a cramped layout and absolutely no storage space for food or anything else. It was very clean and in good repair but absolutely nothing extra-not even a salt n pepper shaker. Also I assumed it would have laundry in the unit because every other condo we've ever rented did but there was only a laundry room located "somewhere in the main building" we were told. Live and learn--We thought we would try to save a few $$ but we'll definitely go back to Deer Park next time. Its much nicer and more user friendly.

Very cozy place for a family of 4. Needs new furniture now. Could have been a little cleaner - crumbs on the carpet, webs on the windows.<br/>Overall, the property is excellent. The view of the mountains is spectacular and the layout is cool.

This is an end condominium unit with beautiful mountain views and a wrap around deck. Enter to a landing level then downstairs to the master bedroom with king bed and full bath. The floor above the entry holds the kitchen, dining and living area as well as slider access to the deck. Relax in the living area curled up by the gas fireplace or go out to the deck to soak-up some sun.
