Mountain vacation
The house was very nice. Overall pleased but had some quirkiness; nasty odor (mouse nest) in master bedroom, coffee maker didn't work (property managers gave us another), A/C system kept changing temp & parking situation was odd. They say only 2 cars, but plenty of room for 4 without blocking road in summer. Also, the entry was full of dead moths & spider webs; should be cleaned.

Wonderful Vacation Home
This spacious, four-level home had plenty of room for people to spread out. Washer/dryer, full kitchen were great! Very clean and Loon Reservation was very helpful with 24/7 coverage should there be a problem or question.

Gorgeous, spacious house
We came up to Loon Mountain in July to enjoy the hiking and nature, and we chose this amazing house to stay in. It was clean and beautiful with a deck attached to almost every room. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and the cooking basics (pots, pans, etc - not food). The clubhouse pools were great, but you have to drive to them. I read some reviews that complained about the master bed, but we found it to be very comfortable! I highly recommend staying here and if we come back to the area, we hope to stay here again!

Fall colors
We stayed in Lincoln for the fall colors and were blessed to have incredible timing! The home was also fantastic! Spacious, very clean and comfortable. There are plenty of windows to enjoy the natural light and the surrounding scenery. The town was great and the local scenic destinations enabled us to take some great hikes. We traveled with three other couples and felt the home was perfect for our vacation. The pamphlet that listed the local recommended restaurants was also very helpful.

Great Property!
This is a great property. Looks just like it does in the pictures.The only bad thing is the living room furniture is very soiled and out of date. We had to put sheets on the couch it was so bad.

New Hampshire golf trip
A group of us rented flume drive so we could enjoy a week of golf. Home was lovely had everything we needed. Although there were 7 of us for a couple of days, and only six dining chairs. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Family Vacation

September vacation
Couldn't ask for more lovely accommodations. Very comfortable and clean, Beds a big hit and the weather was wonderful, Just one problem, a knock at the door from a contractor wanting to look inside the garage. They had keys to get into the home. If we weren't there, they would have let themselives in, miscommunication for sure.

Our Late Summer Getaway with the Grands
Our rental unit was amazing. Clean, roomy, with everything one might need. We brought the five grands ranging in age from 2 to 27! Our ONLY complaint was the master bed. It was lumpy and uncomfortable. We could not sleep on it and changed rooms with one of the kids. Get a new mattress and we would return. <br/><br/>Also management company was going to call me when the property was ready to enter. They never did. We wandered around with a baby for a couple more hours than necessary because we didn't get the call. I finally checked in and was told it was all set.

Our Stay at Loon, 83 Flume Road
Loved the house - it was roomy, open concept, well stocked with kitchen ware, towels, sheets, etc. very clean, well maintained. The street was in a beautiful location, great views, private, nice decking and seating areas. Bathrooms were clean and updated.

July 4th 2017 Week Holiday
Home was very much as described and reviews were very accurate. Location is fantastic, it was very clean and well maintained inside. Our only negative comments would be the same as we ready about the Master Bedroom bed. It is very very deep and soft, you sink in and it appears to be of goose down and you see flying feathers each morning. It was very hard to get comfortable. Other beds in the home are perfect. The other negative is there is no gas grill and there is a very small electric grill. If the Master Bedding gets addressed we would for sure return again.

Thanksgiving at Coolidge Falls 83
We arrived the day before Thanksgiving and immediately fell in love with the home. We were four adults and two children ages 2 & 5. There are four levels. The entry level has a living room w/TV, fully applianced kitchen, dining area, bedroom and full bath. There is a balcony off the back that backs up to woods. A view of the mountain can be seen through the trees in winter. The bedroom and bath on the main level are located off a long entry way and far enough away from the living room to afford privacy. The top level of the rental is a huge master suite w/TV, a balcony off the back of the house, a walk-in closet and Jacuzzi tub with separate shower. The lower level of the rental has a laundry room, walk-in hall closet, a bathroom and two bedrooms; each with balcony access. There is a bottom level with a bathroom and a huge, sparsely furnished, bonus room with a pull out couch and outside access to a back patio. This room is a bit under utilized but still a great place to let the kids play or to just get away for some quiet time; whatever suits your needs. Our two little ones called it the "dance studio." This was their daily area for dance-a-thons! The entire home was clean and very roomy. Perfect for our Thanksgiving celebration and a visit to Santa's Village to kick off the Christmas season. We would like to pass some incidental info to future guests. The bedroom on the main level is directly below the master bath. Any use of the master bath during the night may keep the occupant of the main level bedroom awake. A white noise machine is recommended for that particular room. We travel with our own and that helped to deafen the sound from the master suite above. The advertised grill on the deck was a small free standing circular electric grill. Directions for its use was stored in one of the kitchen drawers. The staff at Loon Reservation Service was very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed working with them and cannot wait to return to Coolidge Falls 83!

Very spacious house in a great location
There were 8 of us staying here (4 couples). The place is very clean and spacious. And the location is perfect because it's close to Lincoln where we could go to the store if we needed something. The house is also located very conveniently to the trailheads where we wanted to hike in Franconia Notch and along the Kancamangus Highway. The beds were comfy and we all slept well.

Great Time - Great Home...!!!
What a beautiful home! Even though it rained our entire weekend you would hardly know because of how bright and airy the house is. Our only complaint is that the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. It sags and made it impossible to sleep through the night. Our guests had no complaints about the other bedding.

This is my second time staying here. I love the place and it accommodates adults very nicely. My only complaint is the unit is cold. It's very hard to control the heat. I think it must be programmed and there is no way to over ride it.

February School Vacation
A wonderful home close to mountain, lots of privacy, big enough for 3 families. We would definitely rent this property again. I can't say enough good things about it. <br/>My only suggestion would be more furniture and bigger tv on lower level. This would be a great space for older kids to hang out.

Wonderful weekend away
We have stayed at Loon Mountain in various condo rentals for the past couple of years. This property was easily the best, nicest and most comfortable. The management company accommodated our late arrival and was flexible with checkout times. The property was clean, warm, well stocked, and fit all of us (8 adults) very comfortably. Our Stay at Coolidge Falls 83
We recently spent 7 nights in Coolidge Falls 83. The entire stay was fantastic. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 4 children. The spaciousness of this condo was much appreciated. We had a slight problem our 1st night with the smoke alarms. The service we received from Loon Reservation Services and their maintenance man was exceptional! I would highly recommend both Coolidge Falls 83 and Loon Reservation Service to anyone thinking of a rental in this area.

Great home!
Great property. Plenty of space, fully stocked in the kitchen with everything you could need. My only suggestion would be to have a pool table or some sort of game downstairs in the basement. There were only 6 of us so we never used the bottom level but we all agreed that if there was a pool table it would had made it that much better!

Great White Mountain Getaway!
I found Coolidge Falls 83 on VRBO. I wanted a place for family and friends to stay for our son's wedding in North Woodstock. It was the perfect place! The pictures don't do it justice. The place was spotless upon our arrival. The folks at Loon Mountain Reservations were great. We had a couple minor issues with A/C and the cable & internet. They were able to help with the A/C over the phone, and someone was there to reset the internet and cable within 15 minutes of our call.<br/>The kitchen was completely equipped. There was nothing else we needed to prepare food. The floorpan of the house made it easy to have a few friends over during our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The master suite is huge with a great private bath. <br/>We used the pool facility a couple times and took advantage of the indoor pool for our infant grandson. The outside pools were nice too.<br/>I would rent this unit again. We were very satisfied.

Great weekend

The house was so beautiful with big windows, vibrant-colored furniture, and view of the woods! We highly recommend this rental home. The house is a terrific summer vacation home and an excellent value. Some notes: The house is spacious. The location is on a mountainside, and is beautiful, wooded, and secluded. The layout of the house is perfect<br/> for a large-family vacation. The private master bedroom and bathroom with Jacuzzi on the top floor is huge and luxurious, and the other 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are also spacious, nicely furnished, and clean. The bedding is clean and comfortable, with plentyof<br/> pillows and nice bed linens provided. The air conditioning and digital thermostats work well. The bathrooms are done nicely, and are neat and clean. There are plenty of towels provided. Bar soap, facial tissues, and toilet tissue are provided. The washing<br/> machine and dryer work well. The kitchen is fully modernized, with granite counters and solid appliances. Between the kitchen and dining area, there is plenty of seating for meals. The living room upstairs is very comfortable, with 2 couches and 2 Lazy-Boy<br/> easy chairs, and with a large TV and DVD player. There is a wireless network with the router in the living room. The signal is strong throughout the house. There is a hot tub on a downstairs deck, but it’s padlocked and seems to be for the owner’s use only.<br/> Our only suggestion for the owners would be to purchase one or more game tables, such as a pool table, ping pong table, foosball, etc., for the large empty room all the way downstairs on the lowest level. That would make this house a truly complete family<br/> vacation destination. Overall, this Coolidge Falls house is an excellent choice for a vacation rental, and very conducive for a large family group. We would choose it again without hesitation.

Enjoyed our staying!
The property was pretty much new and clean. Liked the furniture and amenties. Very roomy, but hope they could add something to fill the space. For example, the most bottom floor was pretty much empty, and it could be nicer with some entertainment stuffs like pinpong table, foosball, air hockey, playing table, and etc.

This house is terrific. Spotless, new, Beautiful, spacious, We came with large family, some couples and kids...and everyone had their privacy. I would highly recommend this place. The view from this home is blocked by trees, however, a if you take a walk<br/> on Flume St. you get to see all the sights.

Snowboarding College Week At Loon
The property was very nice. Loved the fact that is was new! I Only wish the master bedroom had a flat screen TV and more furniture on the bottom floor. I was highly recommend this and will come back if conditions met.

A great home for generations of family staying together, everyone had their own floor. A lot of room for a big group of people, comfortable seating in the living area and the radiant floor heating is fantastic.

83 Flume Road - A Great Vacation
We stayed the last week in July at this wonderful house. It was clean, roomy, comfortable, and very-well furnished. The only thing we would suggest is to put a pool or ping-pong table in the huge, but nearly empty lowest level great room. It would make this place perfect!

Adult weekend getaway
The unit was BIG! View was beautiful. Felt as though the "bonus" room should have had a pool table or TV or some kind of entertainment. Also, trash bags should have been provided, especially since it was our responsibility to remove the trash!

Well appointed..Great for families!!!
This is the second time we have rented this unit..location is great,PLENTY of space [for both living and storage] we love it!! The only negative thing I could say is that some of the towel racks in the bathrooms need to be replaced , or tighten...and maybe some additional pots..but other then that I would rate this A+!!

Huge house
The place was amazing! We had 6 couples and it was so accomodating for all of us. Couldn't have asked for a better set up. The house was very private as well since there was barely anyone next store or across from you.

Home was very much as described and reviews were very accurate. Location is fantastic, it was very clean and well maintained inside. Our only negative comments would be the same as we ready about the Master Bedroom bed. It is very very deep and soft, you sink in and it appears to be of goose down and you see flying feathers each morning. It was very hard to get comfortable. Other beds in the home are perfect. The other negative is there is no gas grill and there is a very small electric grill. If the Master Bedding gets addressed we would for sure return again.

Couldn't ask for more lovely accommodations. Very comfortable and clean, Beds a big hit and the weather was wonderful, Just one problem, a knock at the door from a contractor wanting to look inside the garage. They had keys to get into the home. If we weren't there, they would have let themselives in, miscommunication for sure.

Our rental unit was amazing. Clean, roomy, with everything one might need. We brought the five grands ranging in age from 2 to 27! Our ONLY complaint was the master bed. It was lumpy and uncomfortable. We could not sleep on it and changed rooms with one of the kids. Get a new mattress and we would return. <br/><br/>Also management company was going to call me when the property was ready to enter. They never did. We wandered around with a baby for a couple more hours than necessary because we didn't get the call. I finally checked in and was told it was all set.

This is a great place to stay. There were six adults and we used all four bedrooms. Nice bathrooms. Great TV for watching football on Sunday. We never went to the lower level, there was plenty of space on upper three levels. We were never bored. We brought a game for down time.

I found Coolidge Falls 83 on VRBO. I wanted a place for family and friends to stay for our son's wedding in North Woodstock. It was the perfect place! The pictures don't do it justice. The place was spotless upon our arrival. The folks at Loon Mountain Reservations were great. We had a couple minor issues with A/C and the cable & internet. They were able to help with the A/C over the phone, and someone was there to reset the internet and cable within 15 minutes of our call.<br/>The kitchen was completely equipped. There was nothing else we needed to prepare food. The floorpan of the house made it easy to have a few friends over during our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The master suite is huge with a great private bath. <br/>We used the pool facility a couple times and took advantage of the indoor pool for our infant grandson. The outside pools were nice too.<br/>I would rent this unit again. We were very satisfied.

We recently spent 7 nights in Coolidge Falls 83. The entire stay was fantastic. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 4 children. The spaciousness of this condo was much appreciated. We had a slight problem our 1st night with the smoke alarms. The service we received from Loon Reservation Services and their maintenance man was exceptional! I would highly recommend both Coolidge Falls 83 and Loon Reservation Service to anyone thinking of a rental in this area.

Great property. Plenty of space, fully stocked in the kitchen with everything you could need. My only suggestion would be to have a pool table or some sort of game downstairs in the basement. There were only 6 of us so we never used the bottom level but we all agreed that if there was a pool table it would had made it that much better!

We have stayed at Loon Mountain in various condo rentals for the past couple of years. This property was easily the best, nicest and most comfortable. The management company accommodated our late arrival and was flexible with checkout times. The property was clean, warm, well stocked, and fit all of us (8 adults) very comfortably. Will definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful home! Even though it rained our entire weekend you would hardly know because of how bright and airy the house is. Our only complaint is that the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. It sags and made it impossible to sleep through the night. Our guests had no complaints about the other bedding.

We highly recommend this rental home. The house is a terrific summer vacation home and an excellent value. Some notes: The house is spacious. The location is on a mountainside, and is beautiful, wooded, and secluded. The layout of the house is perfect<br/> for a large-family vacation. The private master bedroom and bathroom with Jacuzzi on the top floor is huge and luxurious, and the other 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are also spacious, nicely furnished, and clean. The bedding is clean and comfortable, with plentyof<br/> pillows and nice bed linens provided. The air conditioning and digital thermostats work well. The bathrooms are done nicely, and are neat and clean. There are plenty of towels provided. Bar soap, facial tissues, and toilet tissue are provided. The washing<br/> machine and dryer work well.
