Home with a view Awesome location for a getaway! It was quiet, but because of the location, we could hear all the amazing music from the Highland Games.

Lincoln is one of America's Gems Peaceful, comfortable, clean, bright, great layout, abundance of utensils and nice dishes, very comfortable sleeping, beautiful, spacious and with a perfect view of the ski slope. Reservation Service employees were very nice to deal with and booking was very easy. Would advise you to verify televisions working upon arrival, none of the televisions would work the week we were there. Also, ask about the pass for pools as we did not receive one (perhaps they were not open but I would check as it is listed as amenity). Response from Loon Reservation Service; Wednesday, November 18, 2020 We're sorry that you had those issues. We do leave the pool pass on the dining table and the TV's should have been working. Sometimes the input gets changed. Please call us should you have any issues during your next visit, as we are here 7 days a week, with 24 hour answering service, to be ready to assist.

Condo Rental Beautiful home with beautiful views! A group of friends came with us for a relaxing weekend away, and were thrilled with the location and the residence.

Great Condo, Management Company Not So Great The condo itself is lovely and has a beautiful view. A couple of minor things - no bathroom on main living level and more furniture (specifically a table and chairs) would be nice on the deck. I rented this through VRBO but it was managed by Loon Reservation Service with whom I have a few complaints. Upon checking in it was made very clear that we were only allowed to park two cars at the condo (this had been stated in advance). I asked if they had any suggestions on where to leave a third car (we were staying there with adult children coming from different places). They said the only thing they could suggest was the grocery store downtown. We were given two parking passes to hang on display in our cars. Upon arriving at the condo, we discovered that there was room to park four cars and there was also an "overflow parking" area in the condo complex. During the entire weekend, we never saw a parking pass on any other car in the complex. The condo was lovely and clean, but there were a few things that turned up that were missed by whoever cleaned it - a plastic cup and straw on the floor in the corner of the dining area, a flashlight and what appeared to be a dummy cell phone under one of the beds, etc. Checkout was 10:00 in the morning which is pretty early especially when you need to clear out all of your trash and return keys to the office downtown instead of just being able to leave them in the condo. We had other family members staying in another condo in the complex but not managed by Loon Reservation and they had none of these issues - no limit on number of cars, later checkout at no charge, etc. When I went into the office to turn in the keys, I put the keys on the counter and the woman behind the desk said she would be with me in a moment and continued doing what she doing and then just took the keys and asked if I had a good stay, why did I have to wait for that?! I would not rent a property managed by this company again. Response from Loon Reservation Service; Monday, October 2, 2017 We're sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay as much as you should have. With the large event across the street from your townhouse, and notification from the owner's association that there is not an overflow parking area in Coolidge Falls, but rather at the Village of Loon, which would likely be overflowing already, we stated the number of parking spaces permitted by the town. The parking passes help other owners contact you or our office, should you be parked in their space. We did give you a flyer at check-in with our number, which you could call if there were any questions or issues with your stay. We would have happily sent someone to clean up what the housekeeper evidently missed, or answered your question that you could leave the keys in the condo and/or depart later, should you desire, as long as no-one else was arriving to the same home on the same day. When we asked on departure if you had a good stay, we would have appreciated hearing about any unhappiness at that point (if not earlier), so that we could do something to resolve it immediately. We wanted to have the time to listen to you with full concentration, should you have something to share. Again, we are sorry that you were not as happy with your stay as you should have been, but hope that you will give us another try and let us know of any questions or concerns that may arise, during your stay.

A beautifully appointed, recently renovated, four bedroom, two bath townhouse at Coolidge Falls resort with spectacular views of Loon Mountain directly across the valley. Enter to the tiled foyer with a bench to sit and take off your shoes or boots and plenty of hooks to hang your outdoor gear. Off the foyer is the laundry room with new HE washer and dryer. Then step into the main living level with open concept, cathedral ceiling, living, dining and kitchen areas. The living area offers plentiful new seating with sleeper sofa to enjoy the wood burning fireplace, 55” smart LED television, Blu-ray player, Google Chromecast, wet bar, views of the slopes. The modern kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and granite counter seating for three.
